Hello, just recently I noticed the BLC guns are a new brand, and was wondering quality wise are they good to use, I've seen the PX19, looks interesting however I saw some people complained that the grip doesn't look pleasant to hold.
There are significant changes to both the upper and lower receiver. The MK7 lower ships with a ambidextrous bolt release button on the lower,. The MK7 upper also has a large reduction bevel machined above the lower fire controls. They look quite a bit different. Here's a comparison: i.imgur.com/bvkSqrS.png
@@CalgaryShootingCentre So I bought a BCL 102 that wasn't labeled as a MK7 but it looks identical to the MK7 pictured. And I certainly didn't pay MK7 pricing... Is there a different version? or did I get a good deal?
@@MARCUSYT123 Interesting. Are you finding it difficult to figure out? I'm also thinking about buying one but the reviews arent out there honestly. Can't make an informed decision
@@joshuagauthier2083 update I was using 145gr ammo. I tried 180gr today and dint have a single problem. The only problem now is finding bulk .308 180gr ammo at a low cost. I'm going to try something in between next and see if I can find bulk ammo and a gr that works for cost. I'm in Canada
@@joshuagauthier2083 the mark7 is very accurate and definitely packs a punch as its pretty light I have about 200 rounds just over maybe now and seems to be good well with the 180gr ammo. All my friends that have never shot alot are getting great groupings aswell. I have a bushnell AR 4.5 x18 x 40mm 308 scope and it is crystal clear.
We sure think so! Our range gun is still going strong and all our customers have had good experiences so far. Magpul magazines are recommended by BCL for the most reliable feeding.
doing some homework on these, it seems BCL did a bit of a recall and fixed the extraction issues, can anyone confirm this? its a beautiful rifle im considering purchasing.
ke fu no. The mags in the gun are made for a pistol. They happen to fit in the rifle without permanently modifying the gun so it’s legal. Magazines are restricted to the gun they are designed for. They can be interchanged it’ll anything they fit
If you're referring to the DPMS GII style magazines, then yes. They work with all the modern AR-10 magazines we sell / have access to. The Magpul LR/SR magazines are recommended performers.
It's why I always avoid buying the first generation of a new gun. There's always teething problems (which is not abnormal). From what I heard, simply change the extractor and gas rings if you have a previous generation rifle, that should solve most of your problems. The Mk 7 is now really tempting with the issues resolved and very good price at 1500-1600$ versus a 2k Stag-10 or a 1.8k Troy sporter 102 (Both always sold out). It will depend if it will fall under the "Military style weapons ban" of Trudeau agenda.
Good to see the issues have been resolved 👍🏻
yeah , the big issue now is they are banned in Canada now.
About time. Time to get more of these up
Gotta love those XCR mags... lol
Hey I thought our magazines are limited to 5 rounds here in Canada?? Which mags are these?
XCR-M .308 Pistol Magazines.

Wich 10 rds mag are you using in Canada and do we have to modify a little for making them works flawlessly i have a Bcl 102 mk7

It's a project that we're following, but they don't have production PX19 firearms available yet as far as we're aware!
Is there any way to identify an mk7 from the older models?

Any update on accuracy at distance? Previous 102 had major accuracy issues 100-500 yards.
First time shooter here only shoot guns about 5 times and at 102 yards I'm hitting 1moa. But my mark7 keeps jamming and falling to re load after fired

wanna go to jail lol lol
You have more than 5 rounds /mag?
LAR pistol magazine =10 rounds
It's a gun range in Canada that means they have prohibited magazines meaning they can have 50 round drum mags if they wanted
