I miss taking my mountain bike I had during my teen years to the Pennsylvania trails. You got muddy as shit plowing through loose gravel and water puddles, but that was part of the fun.

I've been through some deceptive looking ones that I thought wouldnt be too bad and ended up coming up to the hood of my truck, and my friend has gotten his Jeep stuck in the middle of one because of the nasty swampy mud around there. Getting him out of the water while its freezing and his bumpers were barely visible was a pain in the ass, not to mention the trailside maintenance to make sure he didn't wreck his engine after sucking in some water. If you dont already have one, I'd suggest having a second vehicle with 4wd and some recovery gear to pull the crown vic out just in case
