I have nothing against the British people, but I find it funny how their politicians behave towards Russia. I mean, the UK is an island that is almost 3 times smaller even than Ukraine and ~70 times smaller than Russia, and at the same time London allows itself such things as transferring serious weapons to Ukraine to escalate the conflict by striking deep into Russia. The warheads on the Minuteman III and Trident 2 don't have MIRVs any more (at least officially). I think the US completed conversion back to normal ICBMs around 2018. Also MIRVs have evolved since 50 years ago. E.g. The accuracy demonstrated. They're not always catapulted balistically anymore. There's ones that can steer now. MIRVs were banned for a reason...those reasons are still true (probably more true now with how expensive life has become).

Yes, they have 6x6 packs wareheads. Russia use point strike with empty warehead. This is just demonstration. In termonuclear variant they cover much more teritorry (mayby like France...) and one of 36 wareheads can hold 500kT nuke. Hiroshima/Nagasaki have 15/21 kT. One Oreshik can have summary 36x500kT. The missile used was an Oreshnik (Hazel) experimental hypersonic intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) that strikes at Mach 10 speeds, making it impossible to shoot down. Sean Bell, the supposed "Military Analyst" here, seems to downplay why this is significant quite a lot. The IRBM used normal explosive munitions this time (bombarding a State Space Agency of Ukraine aerospace manufacturer called PA Pivdenmash in Dniper with deadly accuracy) but it could just as easily use nuclear munitions next time. This was a warning by Russia to the West that they are not bluffing.
This was not a warning as much as a show of force. The insane propaganda machine that fuels this war is making bold claims that Russian nuclear weapons are not a threat since the modern air defense systems can shoot them out of the sky. Well, it's pretty clear now they can't. If this guy pushes the button we're all dead. He's dead just as well, we have ICBM's too, but that's not a big consolation for me. The warheads on the Minuteman III and Trident 2 don't have MIRVs any more (at least officially).
I think the US completed conversion back to normal ICBMs around 2018.
Also MIRVs have evolved since 50 years ago.

They're not always catapulted balistically anymore. There's ones that can steer now.

This stuff is such ballshyte fear mongering. These are just ballistic missiles - technology which has been around for 80 years. Most ballistic missiles are hypersonic depending on the range. Every country uses these to launch there nukes. This missile is actually a downgrade not a new technology - its just a shorter range version of an ICBM. The Americans have the trident 2 and minute man 3 which go mach 23 and 24 respectively but that doesnt even matter as not many ICBMs cant be intercepted anyway
