Ok I fall into the: i don't know anything but its not an excuse for not going after it" category. while messing around with the practice test software I am reading the hints and it says things like drag whatever from the layout pane to the design pane( or something like that).you could probably get so many clicks by making a video titled something like " this is the Layout Pane" or one called This is the Design Pane" because there lots of people who really don't know the first thing and they want a quick answer. This was still sort of helpful.
Hi how can i design a querry where i can leave it to user to select the criteria for the querry. for example i want it to ask the user , whether he want Active orders or Closed orders. he would select one of the option and then data will be generated according to it
SQL Server and MySQL you can hand write Stored Procedures in free form script. Being a very experienced SQL coder / script writer I prefer this because it is highly versatile and a lot quicker than using wizards. Is this possible in the latest version of MS Access? I have the 2003 version and it's not available in that version. All you have is the wizards. Which is why I don't use MS Access. I am considering upgrading to the latest version. Does the latest version allow free formal query scripting?
@@wolfgang5496 It is still a relevant RDBMS for small data driven client server and desktop applications. Continued updates and improvements to Access are now delivered through the Office 365 subscription service, with updates focusing on integration, cloud connectivity, and data analysis improvements.
