  • Commercial cashew milk is so full of stuff that isn't cashews that it's a little ridiculous! Homemade cashew milk is far healthier and far less processed. Best of all, there are TWO ingredients, and one is cashews. Making your own cashew milk at home not only makes a more nutritious and better tasting nut milk, it also is much more inexpensive. One cup of cashews makes a quart of milk! That's pretty affordable. Use the cashew milk you make at home in coffee, sauces, in a glass, or anywhere you'd use regular milk.
