I appreciate the concept and engineering behind this product. I am glad that Dyson took the time to release a quality product, especially considering the primary motivation was to deter people from purchasing imitation Dyson attachments with spinning mops. However, my only concern with this advertisement is that the internet is filled with observant individuals and trolls. I would recommend avoiding any possibility of a cut scene, particularly when the G1 approaches the lens. The all-black screen presents an opportunity for a cut scene to a pre-cleaned floor, making the results appear potentially misleading. Although I have this reservation, I intend to purchase the product nonetheless. Love ya work Dyson.

I think I'll wait until they bring out the 2nd or 3rd model. When they've ironed our any bugs and made improvements. Cause we know all flagship models have their problems.

Never buy a Dyson product. The customer service is garbage. Go do some research online about how long people have to wait for their legitimate returns and warranties to get processed. It's a so called premium product w what is arguably the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.
Sounds like bad luck to me, never had an issue, if your concerned buy them through someone like JBHIFI that offer full unit replacements. No need to worry about not getting whatever it is you expect from a global customer service line 👍🏻

The WashG1 is getting ready to launch in the US. Can't wait to purchase mine and review it. Definitely looking like a game-changer.
