I applied for SSDI in 2019 have not been approved yet… I will be 62 in 7 months and which ever comes first ?My question not answered 😌
I have been waiting for two months after it was assigned to someone on reconsideration. I am ready to tell them to deny me so we can get a hearing and get on with it.
I sometimes feel the same way, especially in cases where I know we are going to end up before a judge.
Approved for SSDI did all the legwork myself no attorney approved the first time I applied when you reach FRA is the amount the same
Maybe different by a few dollars but yes, basically the same.

Cases are expedited for many medical reasons…. Cancer and others.
In theory, yes. But in reality, not all the time. I am a big believer in asking SSA to expedite cases. If you don't ask, you don't get.
Valuable information… poor sound quality. Difficult to follow
Not sure how it is for others, but if you jump to minute 9:00 I think it clears up as this new tech is navigated. Then split screen at 11:00 or so. Hope that helps!
That's on me - I was so focused on getting the split screen to work I didn't notice that my microphone fell off. The sound improves at about the 10 minute mark.
