Johnathan, thank you for another informative video. I am a 49 year old male. I'm currently waiting for my hearing its been a total of 3 1/2 years since my initial application. All of my medical records are current and have Updated ultrasounds, MRIs, EMGs and x-rays. I am being treated for all of my impairments. Those impairments are as follows.
Rheumatoid arthritis multiple joints. Im on methotrexate and syringe 💉 weekly
Lumbar Forminal stenosis & DDD. Ive already had 2 lumbar surgeries as well. 2012 & 2022
Cervical arthritis DDD as well as previous neck surgery in 2007.
Cardiovascular Insufficiency both legs. I wear compression socks
    Bilateral Carpal tunnel syndrome.
    Bilateral patella femoral both knees.
I am on nerve blockers and muscle relaxers. Including both of my Rheumatoid arthritis, blood pressure, cholesterol and an anti depressant.
Ive been to physical therapy twice since I applied and both therapist noted. Due to my multiple conditions physical therapy would be difficult for me to complete. My attorney thinks i have a solid case but i am still nervous. Fingers crossed.

Thank you Mr Ginsburg for doing the job that you do which is way above par as to what I hear lawyers say and the information that they give that you can understand in a common sensical way. I am in the preliminary discussions with your Associates and sounds like you think I might have a strong case. More pertinent information coming on Monday. Your assistant Madeline is doing a wonderful job also. Jack.

Thank you for all your informative uploads! I. And your upload from a few years back on back pain was very helpful to me personally even though I’m not any part of the SSI/SSDI potential claimant.
And your upload about multiple impairments was also awesome! There are very very few uploads on all of RUclips that talk about that issue.
try to recommend your channel, and also Walter Hnot’s any time I see people posting questions that seem to not know about all of your broad and thorough informative uploads.

Let’s say I need medical records to get to SSA ASAP. Do I run around to all my mental health providers getting records and send them to SSA? What a pain.
But if SSA gets the records themselves, then I never get to see what the records say.

Hi Johnathan, thanks for another great advices, just one question; When the AC (Appeals council) tell an ALJ to consider a listing (In my case 12.05B) and a Neuropsychological tests and just flat out dont consider them at all, would it be considered COMPLETE ERROR by the ALJ? Cuz that just what happened in my case, this was a remand by the Federal court and they instructed the ALJ to consider the test and she just didnt! And the 12.05 listing was the main argument at the hearing! NO ANALYSIS WHATSOEVER! My case is currently at the AC FOR THE 3rd TIME! And this is my 4th encounter with the AC!

This is scary but I don’t know where my onset date came from. It’s such an arbitrary and meaningless date. I ordered a copy of my original application because I could not find it. But who knows how long it will take for it to get to me.

Could SSA have come up with it? How?
