There are some sites like ka-cn selling points where you can pay through Paypal. But it is expensive. The best way is to get wechat app on cell phone and link to your QQ account which allows you to purchase QQ coins with 5% off(QQ coins can be transferredinto Moonlight blade points). You can pay with credit card (I use credit card from Bank of America. Although it charges around 3% transaction fee, it is still the best way you can buy points in NA and it works perfectly).
It's a free skill if you play the game at daily rate, at lvl 50 (which is the min level for being able to fly like thid) you should be able to get at least 3500 shop tokens to use to buy the fly skill scroll

There's a reason why the biggest sub games are WoW FF14 and probably EVE. They all have something that hooks us. It's different game style and different mechanics, you have more Qing Gong movements in Moonlight Blade.

You need to be lvl 50 and purchase an item in the shop. You have a nice guide in the Discord group.
When you talk shop is an item of cash ? because it would be strange to have to buy a paid item to be able to fly. Sorry for poor English.
yeah, it's from cash shop, but you can use binded coins you get as reward while playing, you will get enough at lvl 50, don't worry :)
