I think we also have to factor in that no Govt is going to admit that there are things in their airspace that they cannot detect, or cannot stop, cannot identify, and so on. That has to be some part of the issue.

Imagine witnessing a ufo casually taking a plane with 237 people on board and its completely gone. There is nothing they could do and could literally only watch. How the f#$& are they gonna explain that to the citizens, especially if these events are semi-common.
Seems pretty clear, most governments have been forced to admit the skys are full of objects we cant identify. 30 years ago denial and obfiscation worked everytime. Smartphone cameras and instant internet access have changed everything.

I beg to differ; I believe that the Western "Democracy's" governments are far more worried about their own populations figuring out the poorly run game, and that the people are figuring out that not part of that game, versus any bogus UFO and or ET invasion threat.

Don't you think the report indicates that what is "real" is that they are simply "natural events"?

I and my husband watched a round UFO the size of a football field a few years ago during lockdown. The UFO was round lights around the sides. Underneath was a large round opening very bright with what looked like choppy water. We watched for half an hour over the Manchester flight path. This ufo was about 6 stories high. I went back into the house to get my phone which was on a small table charging. I bent down to pick up my phone and a tree light with sharp edges. One stuck in my eye. I got a clean cloth from my kitchen to cover my eye. We do not remember anything after this. We do not remember going to bed just getting up in morning. I phoned the eye clinic and was seen the day after. At the eye clinic was told i might have a tumor behind my eye. Was referred to hospital in an emergency . I have had laser treatment but nothing else. Still seeing consultant's.
I saw one in London broad daylight. Nobody cared and carried on. It was a huge solid diamond shaped craft with 4 lights underneath.
It was silent.

I definitely have seen a UFO in 94 , it was an amber triangle shape . I along with 6 of my friends saw it fly across the sky pretty dam fast. It definitely wasn't a plane it was to fast and the distance it travelled in no time at all was unbelievable. It flew from above us to about 2 miles away in about a couple of seconds! We all looked at each other with amazement. Another time I saw one it was in 98 this one was during the day, it was a spherical metallic object. Me and my friend were walking back from the shop when he said look at that. I looked up and saw it , we watched it for a few minutes it just sat in the sky. It looked solid and it wasn't moving then it disappeared. This was in Cumberland not far from Boniebridge the UFO triangle of Scotland. The first one was in the Scottish Borders in Galashiels. Like I said the one at Cumbernauld disappeared , but the other one in Galashiels was flying south faster than anything I've ever seen or probably will ever see again!
I had a girl friend who live across the road from Boscombe down. I got to know the different aircraft by the noise they made, one night in bed at about 2.30am a plane came over making a noise I had not heard before I reached out and pulled the curtain up just in time to see a large black triangle come over the houses and in to Boscombe down, it was about the size of a medium airliner and very loud. You tell me what it was ?
Me quite obvious that since the late 40s of the twentieth century, a secret project has been developing in the United States for the development and production of aircraft, where the lifting force is created using high-frequency vibration. It all started with James Pitts' "Sky Car" vibrating orthotopter umbrella, then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric thrusters, or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to ionization of the air), and now they are planes with plasma propulsion panels (so they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are densely packed into motor panels - they shoot streams of plasma (railgun architecture - coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the railgun chamber by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in panels and launching plasma synchronously at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration. See, for example, the MARAUDER (Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation) project. My article "UFOs are made in the USA" and the books "UFO Hunt" and "UFO Elimination" describe all this in detail. The technology is quite mundane - it is known in great detail thanks to information leaks. For example, air ionization in the coaxial elements of a railgun is created using radiation (radioactive polonium is introduced into the metal). Devices of this type were used throughout the 50s-60s-70s-80s for secret missions (they took off, as a rule, from special submarines). With the fall of the USSR, their use by the United States was practically curtailed (in the novel "Little Green Men" by Christopher Buckley, speechwriter Bush Sr., a scene is described where the US president decides to curtail the "flying saucer" project). The winding down of the project can be recorded by the drop in magnesium consumption in the United States, since such fuel was used in fuel cells (magnesium strips were burned in forced galvanic batteries), this is 2007-2008. However, later the development of the technology continued in the Russian Federation and China (the technology was restored by reverse engineering methods for downed devices). Secrecy, however, was maintained and there was no civilian use because the technology was not suitable for it - harmful microwave radiation from pulsed plasma thrusters (harm to pilots and impact on electrical appliances inside and along the flight line). The payload is small (but one nuclear charge is enough). There is no radio communication - the discharges create interference and jam electronics - unmanned vehicles can fly and maneuver only in accordance with the program. Previously, there was a narrow application profile - rare spy missions (so that pilots do not get a lot of radiation). Reconnaissance aircraft of this type were often observed at military bases, missile launch sites and airfields. They were even seen by peaceful geologists in the taiga, where clearings for seismic exploration were laid - UFOs flew there to check whether military construction was underway (I myself heard stories about this))). I think that soon this technology will be declassified, and cargo airships with flickering round plasma panels on the surface of the hull will appear in the Arctic sky.
@@Pavel_Poluian no doubt that the US amongst others have been working on exotic lift/propulsion technology for a number of decades.
The example I seen in 1980 differed from the one linked in the video in that it was extremely bright and traversed the sky at height with a rhythmic skipping motion, two additional witnesses were present.
The above doesn't account however for the historical aspect of the phenomenon which is recorded and appear to be the same in some historical records in Scotland from the 17th Century one example being by a couple of Scottish Covanters in the 1600's who were captured by opposing forces, if memory serves, one of them refused to denounce his statement regarding the subject and had his neck stretched for his trouble.

Not perhaps . For real they are real . You start with physical objects or crafts rather than alien occupants though .
Weather balloons filled with swamp gas no doubt, or so they'd have us believe.
The key phrase that is undeniable and consistent throughout is "unidentified". It means that all the phenomena seen , witnessed or experienced is simply "unidentified". It is assumed from reports that they can land, hover, accelerate, vanish etc but no evidence has been produced to show that this has been independently verified or recorded. Maybe it has been but that evidence has never been produced. Eg the tic tacs. The UK mod has no jurisdiction over black budget programmes in the USA that produced aircraft such as the sr71 and stealth bombers. To the mod an sr71 would have been a UAP. So the tic tacs could easily be US technology that nobody could identify, easily. The mod would not know the difference. How could they. The president of the USA would not have known .Fast forward only 20 years or so to 1996 and you can imagine for yourselves the technology countries like the USA would have to fool people. To say that the UK gvt admits that UAP's exist is like saying that we know that the US is flying aircraft but we don't know how far advanced they are. That does not even take into account weather phenomena not known in 1996. This report is just a nothing sandwich. There were not even smart phones in 1996, but maybe the US had them so idiots in the mod were like , wow, I saw some handsets I have never seen before. Let's call them UTO's , Unidentified talking objects. It so obvious that the lack of ability of the human race to not understand the term "unidentified" is slowing everyone down.

In general there seems little doubt that there are objects flying around that are unidentified,
and in many cases unidentifiable.
These objects appear to have a few common characteristic, to name just a few: unknown propulsion, silence, hovering, ultra high acceleration and speed, abrupt changes of direction at high speed, a particular attraction to nuclear facilities, apparent intelligent design and control, multi medium travel (space atmosphere and water) and to date, an absence of hostile activity.
It must be very difficult / embarrassing for any government to admit that they cannot control their own environment or territory from the actions of unknown agencies.
They sometimes move like a light pointer, sort of bouncy, jerky, skippy motion. The notion of light plasma is the most consistent motion profile form the described extraordinary aerodynamics of UAP.
Did they include the wind turbine that was hit by something up in Lincolnshire in that report, strange fast lights were purported to be seen around that incident ?

Yeah, we're being visited. Just because we can't make sense of it doesn't mean it isn't happening. A truly intelligent person made this conclusion years ago with all the information that's existed and been accessible to the public. Unlike the Neil deGrasse Tyson types who are too arrogant to see. My mum now in her70’s used to have nightmares all her life about little green men abducting her from her bed. Actually today I watched today, a fella called Warren, that was there on one of those night in the forest & saw the craft with John burrows, so this also backs up John's story, & I have watched colonel halt telling his story & also with his wee tape recorder, we also heard that from the colonel . & was a object not just a some plasma light only.

Different experiences of UFOs could be accounted for by hallucinogenic effects of specific types of extremely intense electromagnetic fields.

There is a secret technology. This technology is used for spying purposes. Plasma propulsion panels are located in the form of circular zones around the perimeter and on the bottom of the aircraft. The propulsion plasma pulse is created by cells - thousands of micro railguns. If an electric current is applied to the rail contacts, induction accelerates the spark that closes the contacts to cosmic speeds. The momentum created by the railgun can be used not only to fire, but also to move. Therefore, spacecraft are equipped with pulse engines, which at the right moment shoot plasma to transfer from one orbit to another. You can search the web for “Ablative Pulsed Plasma Engine”. Such engines are large: a plasma jet occurs when a plastic plug between the electrodes burns. Propulsion plasma panels have a different device. Here, mini-dischargers in the form of cells are connected together, railguns are reduced to the size of a ballpoint pen, and assembled into flat panels, which in design resemble plasma TV panels. The distance between the contacts is insignificant - up to 1 mm - the discharge spark becomes a jumper between them. The cells operate synchronously: they shoot streams of plasma - sparks of electric discharges accelerated by the force of induction. The speed is high, the number of railguns in the panels reaches hundreds of thousands - the total motor impulse

There is no radio communication. A narrow niche of applicability is rare spy missions. Now they are no longer relevant at all. That's why they declassify...

John Burroughs was likely an unintentional victim of what we now call Havana Syndrome. The location of the test facility allowed tests to be projected over the ocean, but perhaps the beam or waves struck something in the facility and there was backscattering.
Unlike the US reports which were written for the public as the audience, the Condign Report was written for internal MoD use. While some parts have been redacted, it is possible from the non-redacted parts to figure out what is occurring.
Those in the UAP community constantly indicate they "know" things, but then indicate they haven't read of the report. I feel like the professor who tells a student that if you had read the textbook, you wouldn't be asking that question.
The Report provides a good diagnostic manual for figuring out what was likely experienced.

no...plasma is just the 4th sate of matter, where energetic electrons are no longer held to the proton. when they recombine, they dump energy in the form of light.
At the start of the UFO era when pilot Kenneth Arnold spotted the formation of flying objects from his plane, he only mentioned that the objects seemed to move "LIKE" a saucer being skipped across water. The reporter called them "flying saucers" and that name stuck.
The "Very Strange" thing after that was the incredible sightings and pictures of actual saucer-shaped objects.
Now we have every shape of UFO that can be imagined. They seem to be something that has no shape.
In 2018 myself and a witness had two redish/orange orbs float and hoover in our backyard. They were intelligent of some kind. No sound, glowing and plasma looking 3-6 feet around. It was life changing from that moment on. They simply floated up and basically evaporated right before our eyes. I did extensive therapy after since my whole reality changed in the blink of an eye. For a while after credit card machines wouldn't work in my presence, automatic paper towel machines in restrooms just dispensed and wouldn't stop when I used them. Such weird stuff happened.

My sister and I have seen "Foo Fighters", orange balls of light that did a 90° turn in the air whilst travelling at speed... before drones and the things were completely silent as they travelled across the night sky.
They repeated the same exact movement again about a minute later as if to prove that we really did see them.
They flew in line with one behind the other over an urban area in Derbyshire, UK.
The phenomenon is so fascinating. This subject encompasses so many strange concepts about reality. Its criminal that our governments have kept this so secret for so long. What could justify such secrecy?
If governments develop secret technologies, they have to be tested, right!? And if they don't want to reveal it to the public or potential enemies, it's very convenient to write these potentialy witnessed episodes off to UFO!

UK rolls Royce aero testing facility in Derby, has been testing & back engineering technology possible Roswell incident materials since the 1960s & the UK government & Rolls Royce & American officials shut down the local residents enquiry asking for disclosure on what they was testing at night , when RR stated night testing did not exist. 1990s residents suffered power surges & outages & tv radio interference & strange humming & ground vibrations 1km from the facility & severa ufo sightings & witnessed by local media & stopped from more reporting & police went silent after first report & raf jets scrambled & civil air space closed temporary. Also we witnessed Black artic trucks with blacked out cabs & American sub black operations escorts with no plates entering the facilities at night to 5am & American security agents refused entry to facility from RR staff & RR & TNT trucks delivery operations.

You said that the information was brought forward by a Freedom of Information Act request. FOIA process is a U.S. thing; I was unaware that there is a FOI process available in the U.K. Can you clarify?
yes l.uk has government FOI, introduced by Tony Blair. it is limited and often refused due to national security.
This is one of your best episodes yet! I do think also that the French in 1997 with the release of their COMETA report should be added. That report came to the conclusion that UFOs/UAPs are of extraterrestrial origin.

How long was the time of dosage of radiation from the UFO? I need to know because I've had multiple close encounters with UFOs/UAPs! The first one was when I was 16 (now 24). And that was for 2+ minutes.
And by close I estimate around 30-40 feet directly over my head. A saucer type craft with plasma encompassing the whole craft! Please, id like to know something.

Plasma propulsion panels are located in the form of circular zones around the perimeter and on the bottom of the aircraft. The propulsion plasma pulse is created by cells - thousands of micro railguns. If an electric current is applied to the rail contacts, induction accelerates the spark that closes the contacts to cosmic speeds. The momentum created by the railgun can be used not only to fire, but also to move. Therefore, spacecraft are equipped with pulse engines, which at the right moment shoot plasma to transfer from one orbit to another. You can search the web for “Ablative Pulsed Plasma Engine”. Such engines are large: a plasma jet occurs when a plastic plug between the electrodes burns. Propulsion plasma panels have a different device. Here, mini-dischargers in the form of cells are connected together, railguns are reduced to the size of a ballpoint pen, and assembled into flat panels, which in design resemble plasma TV panels. The distance between the contacts is insignificant - up to 1 mm - the discharge spark becomes a jumper between them. The cells operate synchronously: they shoot streams of plasma - sparks of electric discharges accelerated by the force of induction. The speed is high, the number of railguns in the panels reaches hundreds of thousands - the total motor impulse
