So I get asked the question from the other end of the spectrum - I am not an athlete, I am in fact significantly overweight and have sleep issues. Why do I wear a fitness watch. I get the same info that can help me get back to fitness. I use it as an accountability tool just like My Fitness Pal.
@@jonfarley7892 I went for the apple watch ultra. Im really stoked with it so far as being able to stream spotify etc is amazing. In general being able to leave the house without my phone is a huge plus
