    Garlic
    Allspice
    Red pepper
    Paprika
    1. Sprinkle lard on all sides with salt, pour bay leaf and chopped garlic on top.
    2. Leave for 3 days in the refrigerator.
    3. Peel lard from spices and repeat salting, salt, add bay leaf and fragrant
    pepper.
    4. Leave for 3 days in the refrigerator.
    5. Peel the fat from spices, cut the skin.
    6. Stir in approximately equal proportions hot red pepper and paprika and coat the lard.
    7. Leave for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
