  • After 3 months in South Australia our time here has almost come to an end! Join us for our last episode in SA and we well and truly go out with a bang! We stay at the best camps, have a seafood bonanza and catch up with the legends ‪@LostTribeAdventures‬ again.
    In this video we:
    - Start off in Streaky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia
    - Visit the famous Perlubie Beach
    - Drive the Cape Bauer Loop and Westall Loop Drive
    - See the natural sea lion colony in Baird Bay
    - Discover one of the best free camps on the Eyre - Point Brown
    - Meet up with ‪@LostTribeAdventures‬ in Ceduna where we do a final stock up before the Nullarbor
    - Head out to Fowlers Bay for our last few nights camping in South Australia
    - We go out with a bang and have a full seafood bonanza, trying oysters for the first time and doing an abalone catch and cook
    We hope you enjoyed watching this episode and thanks so much for the support and kindness on our videos! We're on the trip of a lifetime as we travel Australia full-time so subscribe now to see the whole adventure.

    You cuties! Thanks for the mention, glad you enjoyed a cold one. You two are so funny with seafood, maybe it will come with time but you got me looking up recipes for abalone and imagining Steve looking cool with a knife strapped to his leg. So keen to reach WA to explore which is not long now. Love seeing Brad enjoying his sand rut wheelies and nailing the GoPro night settings, so special. I've been experimenting with my NutriBullet to make frozen Margaritas, if we finally meet up with you one day, I'll make one Hayley. Happy days, looking forward to next week's video. Cheers Marg & Steve

      They are really abundant on the coast there! It would be quite easy for Steve to nab a few I reckon & I think you would have a tantalising recipe for the humble abalone Marg!!
      Also there is only 1 thing better than a margarita, and that’s a frozen margy - so you’ve got yourself a deal 😂🍹🙏🏼

    The wear and tear on the coastline with all these 4WD being driven on the many tracks is of some concern. The erosion is obvious.

    Howdy ,enjoyed your SA series, lots of great places to check out. Around the 25 min mark you mention flipping your hitch. Might pay to confirm the ball weight and loading doing this. The Toyota toungue is derated when flipped. Perhaps use an adjustable height one that has suitable rating, as even those can be less. I recently found this out when looking for a hitch after GVM upgrade amd vehicle height adjustment (increase). Cheers guys.

    • @our.australia.trip.
      @our.australia.trip.  Год назад

      Thanks Tim! It is a McHitch brand tongue & rated for 600kg I believe in both configurations. Would love to know what brand you went with as we are switching to a DO35 and will be chasing an adjustable hitch!
