Damn, this video is so super helpful, I was struggling trying to squeeze the fork together thinking I'd have to break the connector to get it apart. You saved me a LOT of aggravation, kudos!!!
Thank you for this video. I bought a new couch (from another company) and never had this connection before. But the delivery people never told us this. They also did not ensure that they didn't come apart.
Thank you so much for this video. Some movers disassembled our loveseat w/a console. We bought it assembled and had no idea until now how to reassemble it.
I have a friend who has these on their couch but they keep coming apart every time the couch moves slightly. Is there a way to tighten the "fork" part so they don't come apart so easily?
Is there a way to fold the fork connector under so you can use pieces individually? Normally have them all connected, but for the holidays I need to separate a couple pieces and don't want the "fork" sticking out. Thanks!
@@RoomAndBoardDelivery - some of our sectional connectors (the larger 'toothy' looking pieces have come loose. Is there any way to fix this or do they need to be replaced?
Unfortunately it sounds like the rivet that allows them to rotate has broke. They'll need to be replaced. You can contact Customer Care at 1-800-301-9720 and they will be able to assist you.
You just saved me some frustration. I was lifting an ottoman and needed to lift the other piece. Thanks!
