    Life saver worked for me! Made sure all other connections are still connected and I only disconnected this wire and it worked!! Thank you 🎉

      @@l79garageThese red and orange wires are also called the ‘ACC’ wires. For modern vehicles with Canbus these ACC wires *must* be disconnected. The ACC wires are only to be connected for older cars which do not feature Canbus; these head unit installs will omit the Canbus box.

    Hello, I managed to install it but I can’t seem to fix the lights on the buttons, they keep changing colour on a cycle, do you know how to stop this, I have the exact same stereo as you?

    Hey guys, I tried unwiring these cables but it didn't work. In my situation, the car deck turns off while the car is off but the lights within the car deck (the button lights) don’t turn off. They drain my battery. i’m starting to think that the car deck may need to be replaced. Would appreciate a response. Thanks

      ensure you unplug the correct ones. your radio should not always be on
