You have to disable canbus , not only disconnect
Your stereo doesn't produce sound because you have a factory oem amp fitted and needs to be bypassed for you to have volume

Rookies... You mixed 2 wires in the back. Your constant power and acc wires, swap them.
That wire harness comes pre-wired he's just missing an RCA cable from the aftermarket wire harness to the radio
Canbus radios don't have acc this is the issue. The issue is usually with the canbus adapter box
