I will never forget the first time I happened upon her talk show. I was glued to the set wondering if I was watching the first drag queen with her own talk show on daytime TV. I just kept looking intently for a clue is it real or is it Memorex? It didn’t matter but she was saying I was just bewildered by what is it and of course I tuned in on purpose after that show and she is entertaining in a mindless sort of way. Same as you standing in the line at the grocery checkout and you read the cover of national Inquirer and all the other trash mags.
Cher and David Letterman went on to have a great relationship. Not only did she appear on his program in the future, she also appeared on the program with Sonny.

I’m not a Scientologist but my mother put me in drug trials for money when I was 3 months old. Ritilan gave me permanent tics. I hated psychology for a long time when it was actually my mother who I should have been mad at. Psychology ended up helping me put the life my mother destroyed back together. It’s a grey area and only individuals can choose for themselves if it’s beneficial or not. Now I find talk therapy (no medication prescribed) is extremely beneficial.
Psychology and psychiatry aren't the sane thing at all. A psychiatrist has a medical degree and can and probably will prescribe some sort of medication. A psychologist may have a PhD and the title of Doctor but is Not a medical doctor. So you can get treatment WITHOUT having to take drugs. I Wonder if Tom Cruise stumbled over THAT in all his extensive research?
Ian McGeehan do you mean the actual narration or the countdown number? I don't agree with you on cutting down the narration because there are people with certain disabilities who actually need the narration to grasp the content of the video.
Much as I don't agree with Tom's chosen religion (Scientology), I agree with what he says about medications. I have for a long time. Others are only now just realising that prescription drugs are dangerous.

There was also an interview Robert Downey Jr. had only a few years ago where the interviewer heavily insulted him prying about his history of being a drug addict and going to jail. He took the high road and just left instead of slapping him silly.
Truth is that RDJ is, in fact, a drug addict who's been to jail. I'm a huge fan of his because when Sherlock Holmes and Ironman came out in '08, I immediately began to mourn RDJ's death. There was absolutely NO WAY he was going to enjoy this kind of success (with his past) responsibly. I've never been happier to be wrong. Thanks to his wife, clean living, and some damn good decisions, he's still an A-list actor with bank, a healthy marriage, and RUclips documented class. I still can't watch him give an Ironman prosthetic arm to that kid. Bottom line: RDJ put himself in a situation where he had to answer hard questions or walk out.
There's an interview that Sinatra did with Walter Cronkite that could make a list like this. There had always been talk about Sinatra and him knowing people in the mob. But nobody ever asked him about it because it was taboo to do so. Well the Cronkite interview was supposed to be no holds bar, he could ask him anything. Cronkite asked right out of the gate, very first question, if he knew anyone in the mob. Old Blue Eyes reaction was jaw dropping! Sinatra looked shocked & furious as on live television he got a phone & asked his lawyers if he had to answer that question. It was awesome. Should be considered for someone's list. 😎

They've done this before yes, but it was for the top 10 moments. Now it's the top 20 moments. Yes, half the video is recycled from the last one, and that's actually a genius way of making sure everyone's seen it because not everybody watches all these videos like we do lol

Maybe they felt it was “staged” since Joaquin was putting on an act, even though Dave had no idea he was going to act that way.

A feather could hit the ground and interrupt Wendy. Let’s be honest, she isn’t what you would call, an intellectual.

I did not like her show… but I respect her success! She is a shrewd business person.

She is too highly-strung.
Dick Cavet had some balls ! He was fun and funny and also thoughtful, but if a guest was getting out of hand, he very quickly shut them down.
Hello Kathryn
Dick Cavet was great!
Cher and David Letterman went on to have a great relationship. Not only did she appear on his program in the future, she also appeared on the program with Sonny.

@@grahamwinston3692
At the time that was filmed, Rosie was a spokesperson for K-Mart, which was the largest firearms dealer in the country. Because of that controversy, Rosie insisted they get out of the firearm selling business, which they did. The problem was they never set in place a plan to make up the loss of profits from the selling of firearms first. By the time K-Mart came up with a plan to replace lost revenue, it was too late. K-Mart went bankrupt, merged with Sears, and for the most part, is a forgotten memory.
So Selleck's entitled to his opinion..but she isn't? Or more likely...whoever doesn't share YOUR opinion is an idiot...

Wonder if Tom Cruise stumbled over THAT in all his extensive research?
Just some constructive criticism here, maybe reduce the narration by 50%, then the videos runtime will be reduced to a reasonable length.
Ian McGeehan maybe that’s the point? Longer?
