I just love Rosie as a whole. Her design, personality, dialogue, interactions with Alastor and Charlie. Really well-written character for how short she was shown on-screen.

I love how Alastor doesn't know modern labels and just thinks he hasn't met the right person yet. It's a bit sad but still adds to his old timey character in a creative way.
It's actually kinda wholesome seeing Alastor work within a neighborhood he is familiar with. He even knew Susan - well enough to insult her at least. Before the last episode (or at least before Mimzy) he was this disconnected figure with no ties to anyone who was there for mysterious reasons - but here he's just an upstanding member of the (cannibal) community.
He probably manifested there when he died on Earth. Honestly, it was probably kinda great for him to be surrounded by "his own kind" for likely the first time. Plus everyone is rocking the old timey style so it's a place he fits in well.

I really love using the phrase "ace in the hole" to refer to asexuality. The phrase usually refers to "something that is an advantage which you have over an opponent or rival" so saying it to mean someone is ace is like implying asexuals have an advantage because of our lack of sexual attraction. (Hell's greatest dad was definitely just him pretenting to be a father figure to Charlie so Lucifer starts caring about the hotel not to loose his daughterlol) Most probably he's using Charlie's good will to try and be free from Lilith's deal when the time comes, but probably will stay in a positive or neutral relationship with the ppl from the hotel, even if Charlie feels a little betrayed

I love how he looks genuinely happy around Rosie. We know that his smile is normally for show, but you can tell that it is real around Rosie, mostly because of the eyes.

Well, think of it this Way: I remember hearing about Vivzie's explanation on the main cast's sexual orientations. And now apparently they're going to be a thing. So what I'm saying is that if Viv gets peer pressured enough, she could give Alastor a romantic interest despite having stablished he's aroace
I just love how clever using the Alastor-Rosie friendship was used to subtly explore both characters further. Alastor and his motivations are such a big mystery, it was a genius move to introduce Rosie right before the finale to show that Alastor CAN have a genuine dynamic. Such good DOES exist in him whne he and the other person are on the same page and equals in their own rights. BUT Rosie being such best friends with Alastor simultaneously puts her kindness into perspective. Cause she knows her best friend very well and is perfectly fine with his worst tendencies (and even enables and teams up with him) which actually reveals ALOT about her that the episode didn't focus on. Rosie being Alastor's best friend shows that Alastor CAN be genuine in an equal relationship, but him being her best friend also shows that despite all of Rosie's sweetness, SHE ain't what she seems either

I love how Alastor doesn't know modern labels and just thinks he hasn't met the right person yet. It's a bit sad but still adds to his old timey character in a creative way.
It's actually kinda wholesome seeing Alastor work within a neighborhood he is familiar with. He even knew Susan - well enough to insult her at least. Before the last episode (or at least before Mimzy) he was this disconnected figure with no ties to anyone who was there for mysterious reasons - but here he's just an upstanding member of the (cannibal) community.
He probably manifested there when he died on Earth. Honestly, it was probably kinda great for him to be surrounded by "his own kind" for likely the first time. Plus everyone is rocking the old timey style so it's a place he fits in well.

I really love using the phrase "ace in the hole" to refer to asexuality. The phrase usually refers to "something that is an advantage which you have over an opponent or rival" so saying it to mean someone is ace is like implying asexuals have an advantage because of our lack of sexual attraction. I just love how clever using the Alastor-Rosie friendship was used to subtly explore both characters further.
Alastor and his motivations are such a big mystery, it was a genius move to introduce Rosie right before the finale to show that Alastor CAN have a genuine dynamic. Such good DOES exist in him whne he and the other person are on the same page and equals in their own rights.
BUT Rosie being such best friends with Alastor simultaneously puts her kindness into perspective. Cause she knows her best friend very well and is perfectly fine with his worst tendencies (and even enables and teams up with him) which actually reveals ALOT about her that the episode didn't focus on.
Rosie being Alastor's best friend shows that Alastor CAN be genuine in an equal relationship, but him being her best friend also shows that despite all of Rosie's sweetness, SHE ain't what she seems either
