@@MnemonicHeadTripYou are limiting yourself so much. Yes, you can, even if it’s two hours or five, I literally used to do this when I was in college to wake up at a certain time to study for tests or do homework, I even specified the hours, I just decided that I wanted to wake up at 3 o’clock and I would
@@MnemonicHeadTrip it doesn’t take 4 hours for you to dream. I literally fall asleep on break at work and have dreams in less than 5 minutes. It literally only takes 5 minutes. And it is as simple as telling your Mind to wake you up in your dream. Your Mind has to listen to you, it just does
@@MnemonicHeadTripyou can use alarms. Also at least I am able to decide when I want to wake up through intention only. I haven’t tried it with only 4 hours yet, at most it’s been like 6. I’ll try doing that though
Dream journaling in general is so fun anyway. I always hated sleeping because, despite being necessary, it felt like wasting time just to teleport to the next work day but now it's as if I was watching movies or playing the most realistic VR games even when I'm not lucid. It's also fun to have a peek into your subconscious from time to time
By the way, there is also a technique to go deeper in a lucid dream, when you feel that you are about to wake up. When you are in a lucid dream - just try to rotate your body clockwise like a whirligig with your arms outstretched to the sides. Of course, you don’t need to imagine it, but actually get up in your dream and start spinning, moving your legs. After this, you may find yourself in another place and maybe even on a bed in another place - it will also be a dream, but everything around will seem more real. If I'm in a lucid dream, I always use this technique to stay in it longer.
I have been lucid dreaming for a while now and watching this video is so so so so refreshing because of the amount of people I see falling victim to misinfo. Sometimes I would pause the video and say "Oh but he forgot to consider..." and then you'd immediately mention what I was talking about. This video is awesome :]
I love how you're so real and straight forward abt this, unlike most ytbers that will start talking like theyre some sort of legendary magician teaching you the ways of an unknown spell lmfao.Ty for the vid and advice!
I love the concept of dreams and the subconscious mind. I'm trying to get back into lucid dreaming. Its so fun, I just need to experience it again. thank you for this reminder!! :)
Thanks brody😆i watched this video yesterday and i had a lucid dream (super realistic btw), i have had lucid dreams in the past but they were like 5 minutes, this video actually works (i did have a false awakening dream before then woke up then went back to sleep to a lucid dream)✨
Hey man. This popped up in my feed so I watched it all. I am just leaving this comment here for others. I got it to work on the first night. Genuinely. I had 3 dreams, and the last one I had was lucid. I would like to add that if you plan on doing a dream journal, I learned that it's probably wise to keep it near where you sleep, because when morning came I remembered the last 2 dreams (especially the lucid one) but had forgotten most of the details to the first. Now if I just wake up, I will try and quickly write down rough details. I believe over time though, the ability to recall the dreams will improve. Anyways, great video. Appreciate your direct no BS vibe. You're a cool dude. Cheers.
yooo congrats dude, see it's pretty easy, no overcomplication needed. Your dream recall will definitely improve over time, you'll naturally get much better at it. You're cool, thanks for listening.
Well I just got home from work, very tired and this video popped up randomly on RUclips. I've been thinking about lucid dreaming for a while now. But none of the methods I've tried have stuck. So, if this one is so easy then let's see what happens. I have a hard time remembering dreams as well. We'll see!
Yes, you uploaded a new video! Last night I had a dream where I realized I were dreaming, but woke up after like 3 seconds, but I actually woke up in another dream! Sadly, I didn't notice that. Keep making videos! I enjoy them!
Ahh you got a false awakening, those can be annoying. Get in the habit of reality checking everytime you wake up to catch them, as they are actually pretty common. Congrats on the lucidity though and thanks a shit ton for listening to me talk
Once I had 3 of those in one night, like I had to wake up 3 times to be exactly at what we call real world, in fact it looks like Matrix for me, since that day, anything looks strange. and normal.

YES! I'm glad to see this. So many lucid dreaming experts and teachers, make it harder for people than it really needs to be. Good to see someone share how it is easy and not bringing ANY unnecessary negativity into it. Will add this video to my rewatch list. Great video!
Some good and genuine advice. I agree it’s vital to record the dreams. I usually write it in short but if I dive deeper and write it in my dream book instead of a phone (+having intention to lucid dream), there’s a high probability of having a lucid dream without even “trying”.
I find totems have worked the best for me. Pick an object that pops up in your dreams alot, that you sometimes see in reality but not that often. (Piano is mine). Do a reality check whenever you see the object, and you'll likely do the same in dreams out of habit.

I dont think you realized how geniunely life changing this was. I always hear about setting intention, but never how. You explained it perfectly. Geniunely, thank you.
For some reason, as soon as I realize I’m in a dream, I either wake up immediately or the dream continues as if I forgot I realised I was in a dream lol
been having really bad dreams due to some intense ptsd. few nights ago, i had a long lucid dream. couldn't really change much about the dream, but i did get to eat a shit ton of lamb korma and just watched my surroundings. it was so nice finally to just relax in that state. thank you for the advice man, im really gonna try to do this more. i do have a question. how do you move easily in a dream without moving your real body? ive always had this problem where if i move my hands too much or sometimes at all, they will move in real life and ill start to wake up. EDIT: wanted to say the start was hilarious. i woke up in the middle of the night, and when i went back to bed and closed my eyes, i was instantly back in a dream but almost like before my brain could change my consciousness to be all out of it and dreamlike. so i just stood there like, "wait. what? wasnt i just in my bed??" always fun
Im sorry you experience ptsd, and sorry fow my slow reply. Your body should be paralysed during dreams, so if you act out dreams it could be a medical issue. If its JUST in lucid dreams, then it may be your brain tricking you or you just need to get better at staying engaged and immersed in the dream.

If you’ve got lucid dreaming down, you should move on to astral projecting. Basically the same process you described. Except when you wake, don’t move any muscles, and immediately think about your astral body floating/rolling/situp-ing out of your body.
I’ll try this for the next week and I’ll come back daily with the results. Except for the dream journal I’m going to record a voice memo on my phone. Day 1: I went to bed at 9:00 PM and woke up at 11:30. I felt like there was a dream at the edge of my memory, but I couldn’t remember anything about it. I went back to bed and woke up again around 3:30 and remembered 2 dreams. I went back to bed and told myself “I will remember to realize I’m dreaming” for about 5 mins. Then I thought about my last dream and becoming lucid and flying above the crowd. Then I fell asleep. When I woke up I remembered another dream I had but I wasn’t lucid. Not sure what I did wrong but I’ll try again tonight. Also for the next 6 days I’ll probably just say whether I succeeded or not because this comment would get way too long if I included all these details for every day. I’ll save the details for the discord server.
Ive been lucid dreaming for about 5 or 6 years now, dream journaling was a HUGE thing for me to start lucid dreaming. I'd say the biggest thing would just to keep the thought of lucid dreaming in the back of your mind all day and make sure to write down as many details of each dream you remember as soon as you wake up you'll probably have a lucid dream within the next week for sure and before that you'll notice that your dreams are a lot more vivid and easy to recall. Good vid, these seriously are some of the best tips to start lucid dreaming👌

I legit remember EVERYTHING that happens in my dreams in vivid detail. Even the transitions from dream to dream. I never felt like journaling because of it, i used to journal though, maybe thats why but even then my recall was crazy. I havent practiced lucid dreaming for years but they do happen randomly every now and then and I genuinely think its mostly down to just good dream recall.
This worked the very first time I tried! And I didn‘t even do „wake back to bed”. In the middle of a dream I though “wait, I wanted to remember something. Oh yeah, that I dreamed. I’m dreaming right now!” I used to have such a complicated technique for lucid dreaming. And all I needed was intention? 😂 You are a genius! Edit: edited the typos I made because I wrote this right after waking up. LOL.

hey, just wanted to say that this video was very informative and funny and i will definitely be following the advice in this video there used to be this technique i did where i would sleep, wake up in 4 - 6 hours , do cycles of focusing on senses, for the first it would be 5 cycles of focusing on sight, hearing and touch for 10 seconds, and then next it would be 4 cycles of sight, hearing and touch for 20 seconds which i will not be doing anymore
thankyou for listening to me I appreciate it. SSILD is a good technique too, imo mild can be more effective tho so lmk how you go. Happy lucid dreams bro
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER just letting you know today i think i had a lucid dream, and i say think since it was like seconds and i only wrote it down after falling back asleep after waking up for 2 hours literally only took 3 days for this technique to work, and not only that the mantra to wake up early has been very consistent for me. CONGRATS. Sorry for my slow reply brother. You’ll get better at staying in your lucid dreams the more you have them so keep at it, good to hear ur natural brain alarm works too love. Good job
This worked so well. I have been trying to lucid dream for the past few days and i remember my dreams really well but I wasn't being lucid. Then I sent my intention and although I didn't get "lucid dream" i vividly remember myself going "this is a dream" and then everything was black with a small yellow light straight ahead. Thank you so much for this video 😌😌
makes sense why mild is so easy cuz when I'm having a signifcant enough thought burst the idea of an "escape" is enough to induce a garrunteed lucid dream if the situation at hand is serious enough, I also usually always listen to brown noise because it makes all of my thoughts clearer for some reason.
First of all, dream recall issues aren't about having dreams, but remembering dreams, as we typically dream around 4-6 times a night. I will say that I refrain from using the term "normal dreams" to refer only to non-lucid dreams, as that creates the mindset that lucid dreams aren't normal and thus are harder to get. You don't need alarms for waking up, so you got that part right. You can set intentions to notice when you wake up during the night. The thing is, we already wake up briefly multiple times each night, but we don't remember or notice. Thus, we can set intentions to notice these natural awakenings. Remember, MILD isn't about repeating phrases to yourself, but is an actual process that involves associating this intention to notice that you are dreaming while dreaming to your dreams by rescripting a previous dream. Recall is absolutely critical to lucid dreaming on the whole, but is definitely important with MILD. At around the 6:45 mark, Now you are accurately describing MILD. I've been writing this in real time BTW. It would have been better to address this earlier, especially for anyone who may have clicked off without getting a proper understanding of MILD. These are the key elements that separate MILD from autosuggestion, which is what you were describing earlier. You don't even need to constantly repeat a phrase. You can simply decide, or periodically remind yourself while rescripting a previous dream. Last note, percentage rates don't really apply here, as this is a highly subjective thing. Lucid dreaming is skill training at the end of the day, and it can take time as well as effort to obtain results.
Thanks for this bro. Quick question, I've tried this before but ran into two problems: 1. If I set an alarm for wbtb I get 'too awake' and it takes me hours to fall asleep again 2. If I try to do wbtb without an alarm I often just don't wake up Any tips there?
You might need to experiment with different WBTB alarm timings. Try doing 3-4 hours after falling asleep. Then try 4-5 hours of sleep, then try 6 hours of sleep for the WBTB before going to sleep again. Also experiment with how long you stay up while doing the WBTB. If you get too awake, try setting the alarm and not moving from your bed at all, going right back to sleep doing a Lucid dream method. Usually this is not recommended as usually, you will fall asleep way too fast, and not get to perform the techniques correctly. Staying up for just 5-10 minutes, meditating a little bit or just sitting up on your bed stating your intention will help you stay in a relaxed state, but also not fall asleep immediately. After that, go back to bed and continue with the technique you're trying. It is helpful to carry it as long as you can until you pass out, the farther you can go into "hypnogogic imagery" before passing out, the more successful youll be ! but its not necessary.
bro kevin basically gave the perfect answer lol, good questions though. Try doing a wbtb earlier, try 4 hours. Don't go on devices, don't walk around, keep yourself sleepy, dont stress on the technique too hard. Another way to wake naturally is to drink lots of water so you need to wake up to piss. it goes without saying as well, make sure your alarm is not such an annoying sound if possible.
This sound honestly logical to me cause I used to set an intention before I got to sleep like if I had to remember stuff and almost every time when I woke up I remembered the thing that I wanted to remember
Ha this actually worked. This is cool. Watched this before bed last night and tried it. My phrase was "in the dream I recognize that I am dreaming". I visualized that a bunch, then decided that "DA" would mean the same thing. So it became "DA...DA...DA" like a short mantra. Somewhere in the night I was lucid for all of 10 seconds or so and then woke up. But hey...it did work.
I haven’t tried using my intention for lucid dreaming, but I have been able to decide when I wake up with ease. It’s sometimes off with ~30 minutes or so, but it’s still pretty accurate. I have no idea how my brain is able to accurately tell what time it is, I have ADHD and time blindness. Like bro, where are you hiding that internal clock? 😂 I could use it when I’m awake too
dawg ur so right about dream journals, i dont choose to write about many of my dreams anymore unless theyre actually too wack not to, but i remember starting years ago and my dream logs were just a paragraph. now theyre like a few hundred words because i keep recalling details
I seem to have done a mild (or maybe the one with reality checks) last night it was short but I'm glad I managed, i changed my mantra and for whatever reason that seemed to work. I'm journaling more as well. I could care less if this takes lots of time (weeks or more) to get them consistently. It's good motivation for me to fix up my sleep schedule.
Setting intentions reminds me of when I was younger, when I could plan on what I was going to dream and then dream about it that night, usually race cars. I realize now how incredibly close this is to actual lucidity.
That's a great sign. As lucid dash said incorporate techniques. For people who aren't lucid dreamers yet who couldn't remember dreams, this is a great first step. When you do get that first lucid dream, be sure to stabilize the dream so it can last longer.
I was leaning into lucid dreaming and eventually got a good hang of it. It started with flying, sticking to walls like Spider-Man and other superheroes, and eventually I got to the point where I could delete everything and create characters I knew, like I did with family guys. My most chilling lucid dream moment was me flying around people ignoring me, and I was like, Hm, that’s strange no one’s responding to me, but then I said, God, show yourself if you are real, and the space started rumbling and a big gust of wind started, and I got scared and woke myself up. I am not religious in any shape or form, but I do believe something happens after death. I actually stopped lucid dreaming because I felt like I would get no real-world use, but I started watching videos about different dimensions, and now I’m getting back into it.
Interesting dreams! They can be crazy experiences u couldnt even imagine possible, ur mind is insane like dat. I hope you find some use in lucid dreaming this time around
I had my first one last night. I've not been able to recall my dreams for a long time. What I did was only set my intention to do it, & being quiet and mindful before lying down. Remember to look at your hands, The moment you realize that you may be dreaming. Boom... I was in. It's incredible.
Okay.. I recall my dreams daily. One of my favorite things to talk about is the world my brain came up with over night. I have a book about lucid dreaming and a journal came with it, to record my own. I rarely become lucid during dreams. I guess I’m either too tired or dumb enough, that I never question reality to the depth of my core 😪
I know it’s a week later than i promised. I had a fucked up weeks (thats how i explain it to myself). Still no lucid dream but i finally started to remember my dreams after years. Gonna update if anything changes, for better or worst
I have started my dream Journal about a week ago now. I am noticeably able to remember more of my dreams in more detail. When I first started all I could do is write a couple words. For example, my first entry was two dreams. These two to be specific. "[dream one]. PBS kids two monitors game. [dream two]. hands are sentient and I was isikied as a plant. My hands wanted me to be happy so after I ate yogurt so they turned me into a plant. Winter was approaching and the plants are dying out. Chivalry 2 style protect the Skyrim mage." [note I think this was two dreams.] I have written almost a paragraph from my dream last night. [which was a lucid one.] I have had two lucid dreams this week just from following this video. Granted, the first one lasted only a few seconds and the second one a few seconds longer and I was not able to do anything in them. I have a feeling soon I will be able to have some real fun. I was not diehard or anything either. I just watched it once. He is not lying. I have tried to lucid dream before, but when presented in this way, it makes it feel so easy and your able to do it. I think the reason why I failed before was because I was trying to go to fast. Take it slow, and follow this video's advice if you want to lucid dream. That concludes my experience. Please tell me yours if anyone find this comment.
Another great tip is to practice remembering stuff. There's a weekly memory exercise given from the creator of Mild. You should tell yourself to remember to reality check (or do anything else, we're just exercising memory here) when you experience these events: SUNDAY: The next time I see a pet or animal The next time look at my face in a mirror The next time turn on a light The next time see a flower MONDAY: The next time write anything down The next time feel pain The next time I hear someone say my name The next time I drink something TUESDAY: The next time I see a traffic light The next time I hear music The next time I throw something in the garbage The next time I hear laughter WEDNESDAY: The next time I turn on a television or radio The next time I see a vegetable The next time I see a red car The next time I handle money THURSDAY: The next time I read something other than this list The next time I check the time The next time I notice myself daydreaming The next time I hear the telephone ringing FRIDAY: The next time I open a door The next time I see a bird The next time I use the toilet after noon The next time I see the stars SATURDAY: The next time I put a key in a lock The next time I see an advertisement The next time I eat anything after breakfast The next time I see a bicycle You can change these according to your lifestyle. Only practice this if you suck at remembering like me

ive been trying to master lucid dreaming since 2021 summer and all of my lucid dreams lasted like one or two minutes, everytime i would realize im lucid i would get excited and wake up,sometimes i would stay calm and when i would try to do something exciting id wake up. Ive done endless researchs on how to stay in a dream longer, how to recall more dreams etc. but i still wasnt seeing any progress so i gave up last year. Today i saw your video on my fyp and decided to give it a try, hopefully it will work this time
It sounds like whoever told you that you'll wake up if you get excited in a dream has infected your mind with negative schema. This makes no sense and I suspect why so many people wake up quickly. Stay engaged and immersed in the dream, the quickest way to wake up is to try and not to wake up.
I haven't been able to lucid dream yet, but the internal clock thing is fucking dope. I convinced myself to wake up in 4 hours and I woke up exactly, to the minute, 4 hours later.
to me dreaming has always been a modular state where i cant really force myself into (insomnia of course) but once im in i usually have an easy time controlling its narratives, or say if i got extra time to sloth around in my bed, continue on with that narrative and finish it in a conclusive satisfying way its lead to many a memorable dreams, there are a couple things ive yet to master like actualy constructing the proper physical and mental state, such as through the means of self hypnosis, or immersion of the 5 senses more or less, moreso as a way to influence the narrative before even going into sleep (it works about as well as you can guess, its primaly just to detatch from my body quickly and pass the fuck out) i have already plenty of sources and personal expirences which to draw from, and associative skills to plot esoteric techniuqes of my own. plus im a Satanist so that is one of my primary sources to pull from, and the more religiously brought psychological exploits that is encouraged to attain certain degrees of knowledge in, and as fun of a perspective of the study of Dreams through an Occult perspective have certainly proven to be. Learning just a few of the vices that have been invented, excluding hte fact i havent even touched my copy of The Interpretation of Dreams. I say ive gotten further than most just by my enthusiasm and... very "supernormal" instances that provoke curiosity. (in reguards to Satanism im referring to Real Satanism- the Church of Satan, not that tst Garbage.)
bro whenever i realise I'm dreaming everything just goes batshit crazy and all this freaky stuff starts happening -- like I don't think I've ever had a nice, enlightening experience, just ultra vivid nightmares that i have minimal control of 😔

Dream journaling in general is so fun anyway. I always hated sleeping because, despite being necessary, it felt like wasting time just to teleport to the next work day but now it's as if I was watching movies or playing the most realistic VR games even when I'm not lucid. It's also fun to have a peek into your subconscious from time to time
REAL. Ur going on adventures every night, pretty cool shit
If I'm in a lucid dream, I always use this technique to stay in it longer.
cool technique! Thanks for sharing g

Same thing happened to me, except the moment I find out I’m in a dream, I wake up
Once I had 3 of those in one night, like I had to wake up 3 times to be exactly at what we call real world, in fact it looks like Matrix for me, since that day, anything looks strange. and normal.

I agree it’s vital to record the dreams. I usually write it in short but if I dive deeper and write it in my dream book instead of a phone (+having intention to lucid dream), there’s a high probability of having a lucid dream without even “trying”.

i do have a question. how do you move easily in a dream without moving your real body? ive always had this problem where if i move my hands too much or sometimes at all, they will move in real life and ill start to wake up.

Except when you wake, don’t move any muscles, and immediately think about your astral body floating/rolling/situp-ing out of your body.
this made so much sense thank you so much broski
Good shit bruv 🤝🏽
7 days later:
Thank you man for explaining it in a way for dummies thanks!

I can still remember dreams from early childhood. Thinking about all your dreams really is important.
I legit remember EVERYTHING that happens in my dreams in vivid detail. Even the transitions from dream to dream. I never felt like journaling because of it, i used to journal though, maybe thats why but even then my recall was crazy. I havent practiced lucid dreaming for years but they do happen randomly every now and then and I genuinely think its mostly down to just good dream recall.
yea people underestimate how important dream recall is. most people would probably even have lucid dreams just from dream journalling!
😂 You are a genius!

hey, just wanted to say that this video was very informative and funny and i will definitely be following the advice in this video
there used to be this technique i did where i would sleep, wake up in 4 - 6 hours , do cycles of focusing on senses, for the first it would be 5 cycles of focusing on sight, hearing and touch for 10 seconds, and then next it would be 4 cycles of sight, hearing and touch for 20 seconds
which i will not be doing anymore
i also used to use a mantra but it didn't work for me way before since i didn't have a consistent sleep schedule or anything

makes sense why mild is so easy cuz when I'm having a signifcant enough thought burst the idea of an "escape" is enough to induce a garrunteed lucid dream if the situation at hand is serious enough, I also usually always listen to brown noise because it makes all of my thoughts clearer for some reason.

Quick question, I've tried this before but ran into two problems:
1. If I set an alarm for wbtb I get 'too awake' and it takes me hours to fall asleep again
2. If I try to do wbtb without an alarm I often just don't wake up
Any tips there?
I also get too awake. Commenting to get notified if lucid dash replies.
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER maybe i wont fall asleep though if i wake up wanting to piss

Homie looks like 'have you seen this man in your dreams ' and tells us how to lucid dream... something ain't right

Do you say it outloud or in the mind
whatever helps u set intention best. for me i say it in my mind

YES THAT IS A GOOD SIGN BRO. As dcsmaster said, you should start doing a lucid dreaming technique like mild + wbtb since ur recall is good
That's a great sign. As lucid dash said incorporate techniques. For people who aren't lucid dreamers yet who couldn't remember dreams, this is a great first step. When you do get that first lucid dream, be sure to stabilize the dream so it can last longer.
I almost got a lucid dream, i knew i was dreaming but i just forgot to reality check lol
you'll get it broo, u are close

I rarely become lucid during dreams. I guess I’m either too tired or dumb enough, that I never question reality to the depth of my core 😪

@@raven3202 same progress for me
I have started my dream Journal about a week ago now.
Chivalry 2 style protect the Skyrim mage." [note I think this was two dreams.]
I have written almost a paragraph from my dream last night.
Something that really helped me was putting reminders on my phone like “don’t forget to lucid dream tonight”
Another great tip is to practice remembering stuff. There's a weekly memory exercise given from the creator of Mild. You should tell yourself to remember to reality check (or do anything else, we're just exercising memory here) when you experience these events:
SUNDAY:
The next time I see a pet or animal
The next time look at my face in a mirror
The next time turn on a light
The next time see a flower
MONDAY:
The next time write anything down
The next time feel pain
The next time I hear someone say my name
The next time I drink something
TUESDAY:
The next time I see a traffic light
The next time I hear music
The next time I throw something in the garbage
The next time I hear laughter
WEDNESDAY:
The next time I turn on a television or radio
The next time I see a vegetable
The next time I see a red car
The next time I handle money
THURSDAY:
The next time I read something other than this list
The next time I check the time
The next time I notice myself daydreaming
The next time I hear the telephone ringing
FRIDAY:
The next time I open a door
The next time I see a bird
The next time I use the toilet after noon
The next time I see the stars
SATURDAY:
The next time I put a key in a lock
The next time I see an advertisement
The next time I eat anything after breakfast
The next time I see a bicycle
You can change these according to your lifestyle. Only practice this if you suck at remembering like me
very true!
Good stuff mate. Now all we gotta do is to remember to be lucid when we pass away so as to avoid getting soul trapped back into this hell world. Yeah? Must escape the reincarnation soul trap matrix. Seriously.
I have experience with lucid dreams for about a year, But it has been a long time since the last lucid dream, and I already knew the technique he was talking about, but his confidence excited me a lot. see you in a week and I will tell you all what happened
absolutely love the real down to earth advice. good personality and brain. i take required medication for mental disorders and a known side effect is lack of dream recall. any advice for an insomniac that needs to take prescriptions to sleep that fuck your recall? ive had only one accidental lucid dream before but when i try very hard i can remember a lot / multiple dreams
my best advice would be start dream journalling and see how many dreams you can recall, it will give u a better idea of what will work
ive been trying to master lucid dreaming since 2021 summer and all of my lucid dreams lasted like one or two minutes, everytime i would realize im lucid i would get excited and wake up,sometimes i would stay calm and when i would try to do something exciting id wake up.
@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER damn 3 years spent with a bad schema is crazy im going to try and fix it soon. Thanks for noticing and telling me man
Giving it a try because I usually have some f*ed up dreams (which just makes me hate even more sleeping), and control over them would be great.
yea lucid dreaming can help a ton with nightmares and controlling bad dreams. stay consistent and lmk how u go, gl.
Thank you for your Video, The BEST MILD explanation video, I came across to.
Glad i could help☺️
Many thanks ❤🌻
I haven't been able to lucid dream yet, but the internal clock thing is fucking dope. I convinced myself to wake up in 4 hours and I woke up exactly, to the minute, 4 hours later.
to me dreaming has always been a modular state where i cant really force myself into (insomnia of course) but once im in i usually have an easy time controlling its narratives, or say if i got extra time to sloth around in my bed, continue on with that narrative and finish it in a conclusive satisfying way
its lead to many a memorable dreams, there are a couple things ive yet to master like actualy constructing the proper physical and mental state, such as through the means of self hypnosis, or immersion of the 5 senses more or less, moreso as a way to influence the narrative before even going into sleep (it works about as well as you can guess, its primaly just to detatch from my body quickly and pass the fuck out)
i have already plenty of sources and personal expirences which to draw from, and associative skills to plot esoteric techniuqes of my own.
plus im a Satanist so that is one of my primary sources to pull from, and the more religiously brought psychological exploits that is encouraged to attain certain degrees of knowledge in, and as fun of a perspective of the study of Dreams through an Occult perspective have certainly proven to be.
