This upgrade is awesome ! I was wondering why you choose the 114m front diamater instead of a 95mm diamater ? Is it a limitation with the wide angle ? Thanks for everything you doing its really awesome !
Hi, really glad to see you putting out new designs. I printed and love the rehousing for the Tokina 28-70 and was planning on getting it sls-printed. I noticed, that the meshdetail for the export into .stl is quite large so there are ripples on the surface. Are you planning on releasing a new desing for the 28-70 ind this new style like you see in this video or is it possible to get my hands on the original fusion360 files, so I can export them in a higher quality befor I spend money for getting it printed. Thanks for being back!!
@@MountainBreezeStudioWould you be willing to export the files in a higher resolution then, so the artifacts dont accoure...And is there a new version planned for the 28-70
I am just enjoying this work for my hobby or personal needs, and I am not a planning person, so I don't have any specific plans for now. :) However, the existing lens housing is unnecessarily large, and I don't like the fixing method of the housing, so I plan to redesign it by improving the specifications and structure of some parts. The problem is that I am a bit lazy, so I can't guarantee when it will happen. (I am thinking about working on an upgrade housing for the Tokina 11-16 lens, and I will consider reworking this lens housing depending on the results.)
@@MountainBreezeStudio Great info, I guess I'll wait then. I see the same problems with the existing 28-70 rehousing but either way, I like it and just hope to see it improve more... you're doing great work for the community and I appreciate it a lot!! Hope you're having a wonderful day
Can you please make a 4x4 tray to 77mm filter so you can use any 77mm vnd filter in any 4x4 mattebox? those little adapters are selling for 50 bucks each and that's too much... Love your video!
Yes, the lens is a Nikon F mount and I used a Metabones NF-MFT speed booster adapter to control the aperture settings on the lens side. The camera is a Z cam e2 M4. :)
@@MountainBreezeStudio One tip that i have is finding a long quick release plate that goes from the foot of the speedbooster to the bottom mounts of the cage/camera and put a screw in from under. It completely stiffens up the play between the lens, booster, and camera and helps when you have a follow focus attached and your gears wont slip due to play.
Thank you

Sorry. For personal reasons, I am sharing only STL files.

Nice z cam! do you have the ef speedbooster or the nikon f?
Lens looks like Nikon mount. It could be there's an intermediate adapter but it's unlikely.

I love your designs and your block posts. Will you share this design on thingiverse?😍
Okay. But what was my Thingiverse ID?? :)
@@MountainBreezeStudio looks like you found it😍🙌🏻
I like your work. do you accept custom orders for design? I would like to cinemod Canon EF 24-105 f4 IS USM. :)
It's just that I can't afford it because I enjoy this work as a hobby.
