There aren't many who see the "hope" in the guitar melody. You're one of the few. But as a singer you understand the certain roles of melodies. Your singing is amazing. Kudos to you.
I've been listening to Iron Maiden since 1982, at the age of 15. To give you a complete lite of Iron Maiden recommendations, see my list below. This song by Iron Maiden,Bruce Dickinson vocal melody is magnificent ,whit the instrumental and the theme about war, everything is very well constructed .
YOU are pretty in pink and that chill, lush lighting in studio really makes your beauty come through. Enjoy watching YOU conduct with your hand movements and fingers. I think this album came out around "Desert Storm" Gulf war. Very clean, polished sound to this album.A lot of F.E.A.R. on this record " Fear of the Dark" "Afraid to Shoot Strangers". Sorry so late for class one of those days. I'll be good pupil but maybe punishment is more fun.😉 Great post Yuliaa! "Up The Iron s" 💜☮☯️
For being so late to the class I have to send your parents a warning, a serrrrious one, about this attitude… but I’m probably not gonna go further yet cuz you’re generally are goody good student
It might not be the very best song of Iron Maiden but those two melodic mid tempo riffs are among the very best riffs of Iron Maiden. I also love the creativity of changing one of the riffs a little bit in 3:36 and 7:44 instead of repeating the same thing before and after the fast paced part, nice touch. I love you've dedicated this week to Iron Maiden, I look forward to see the other songs you've picked for the rest of the week. Revelations and Afraid To Shoot Strangers are nice picks.
Wasting Love and Afraid to Shoot Stranger are two most melodious songs of Iron Maiden. But both songs were so underated, don't know why? But i really love both songs❤❤❤Up the Irons 🤘🏻🤘🤘🏻
I must confess its the first time i hear this iron song because at the time of album Fear of the Dark i did not listen the new iron songs anymore but only the previous great ones of years before, so this video for me is a REVELATION and i like a lot this typical iron song with great guitar riffs , good lyrics and the usual energy and iron vibes you make me feel so well after years and years again !
Love it when Bruce Dickinson goes in to that signature voice of his. Just think if they had a war and no one showed up! By the way you look like a beautiful fairy tale princess in that lovely pink dress.
Ahhh.... I remember this week of Maiden. It was the week that I found you here on RUclips. The memories....😄 Missing my teacher! Sabaton released a proper cover of this song a few years ago. Joakim has a different vocal style than Bruce but he puts his stamp on this great song.
@carloscontreras4655 I love it. One of the better Maiden songs suited for Blaze's voice. Blaze is great. I love his voice on Wolfsbane and his solo stuff and he's great with the fans, too.
@@IYOU If you havent heard it yet, I sugest you watch the 2001 Rock in Rio live concert. Is by far their best concert in music variety, crowd response and overall metallbility hehe

I've always loved this song. Great rhythm guitar, melody, and the solos absolutely rock!

about the same time I started but I was only 10 ... had an older brother and neighbor that got me into it. Saw them for the first time at age 12.
Funny how each maiden album is like a different phase of my life. This one brought a tear to my eye. I guess we can't go back can we?
🧡
Love this song ... one of my favorite Maiden songs

You are just LOVELY!!
only bad thing about this song is, that Adrian Smith doesn't play in it....., perfect song....
We will have a few songs from Bruce’s solo album, and there is Adrian on guitar)
