First of all you don't have a clue if it would save someone or wouldn't, now even if you could tell for sure it still doesn't mean it wont someone in the future. There was several close calls in recent years with tyres flying of the cars (main reason of Halo introduction) and cars landing on top of each other. You also don't understand progress if you think that just because 2018 Halo couldn't save Bianchi it doesn't mean that Halo 2021 wont be able to do that. At the end of the day it does raise safety of the drivers and that's all I care about, if it is going to save on life in next 20 years it is still worth to have it on the cars. Now since you mentioned I cant comprehend facts let me point out you cant even identify them, it is not a fact Halo woudnt save Bianchi it is a theory. You can argue how much you want even if it would reduce the impact by only few % it still might give him a chance and for sure it wouldn't reduce his chances. If FIA would go with your logic there would be no safety features on the cars at all, teams have to push to the limits to insure drivers safety and entire reputation of F1 is on the line when driver dies, these people are legally obligated to provide drivers with best safety features possible. End of story no reason to cry about it
