It was a humbling honor to be asked to compose music for F1. Ever since I first watched Ayrton Senna race I have obsessed over practically every #F1 practice, quali, and race. This is a dream come true. I did my best to try to capture the spirit and passion of the greatest sport on earth! F1 forever!!

His nephew Bruno has competed in F1 in the last decade so that moment has a lot of significance to him AND F1 fans.
Having Max closing out the track at 3:06 was prophetic... A new age begins.

This scene should become a Statue somewhere, specially in the Interlagos circuit. This scene can never be repeated, but it is so wonderful
And Schumacher looming in the background in his Benetton overalls with Damon off the screen. You couldn't script this in a movie as it would seem too obvious. What a podium, and what a moment to see these two titans embrace.

I was actually fortunate enough to meet Bruno Senna, he was such a nice man. You could tell that Motorsport was his passion, he was just very enthusiastic.

Seeing the last moments of Senna in the eyes of a recreation of Senna brings up emotions. I remember vividly watching that race live on Fuji TV when I was living in Japan in 1994. And I remember everything about that day. Broke me.
But this score? Absolutely epic and an instant classic.
I remember how everyone hated it at first, now it’s impossible to have a race without it
I was one of those when it came out "Why do we need this?" ...and here I am listening it for the Nth time, still gets me everytime I listen to it.
