    Recipes and ingredients:
    Recipe 1
    Oatmeal 1 cup.
    Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
    Nuts 50 g.
    Apple.
    2 bananas.
    Vanillin.
    Place in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
    Recipe 2
    1 cup oatmeal.
    1 cup walnuts.
    1 tablespoon vanilla sugar.
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
    40 g pumpkin seeds.
    1 banana.
    lemon juice.
    100 ml water.
    Write from which city are you watching the video?
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
    Recipe 3
    2 cups oatmeal.
    2 apples.
    3 eggs.
    1 teaspoon sweetener.
    Vanillin.
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    80 g cranberries.
    Orange peel.
    Avocado oil.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
    Let the cake cool completely.
    Recipe 4
    1 cup oatmeal.
    1/2 cup oatmeal.
    1 apple and 1 banana.
    Cinnamon.
    2 tablespoons coconut oil.
    40g walnuts.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
    Let cool down.

    น่ากินมาก และไม่มีน้ำตาลด้วย. ใช้น้ำตาลจากผลไม้ ก็โอเค,,,แต่อย่าใส่กล้วยสุก หรือ แอ๊ปเปิ้ลแดงเยอะ เพราะผลไม้ กลุ่มนี้ จะมีน้ำตาลเยอะ 17 .5 % ต่อ1 ผลไม้

    오트밀을 가루로 분쇄하면 다이어트에 1도 도움이 안돼요. 그냥 건강식일 뿐이지요. 믹서기에 갈지 말고 그냥 조리 하세요.

      Do you have a channel here? He is baking, not cooking. Have you baked whole oatmeal flakes? I have made many of his recipes. The ones with eggs we have for breakfast, and the pizza one for dinner. The high fiber in oatmeal fills you up and quenches your hunger. Also, User, grinding oatmeal does not remove any nutritional value whatsoever and I lost a lot of weight in three months. I look sooo good! 😂😊🎉
