I had an exclusive interview with Bobby Brown! Well the two actors who portray in the new BET mini-series. I briefly spoke with Woody McClain and Tyler Williams on the red carpet for the PaleyLive LA event: BET's The New Edition Story. I was very lucky to cover the World Premiere Screening & Conversation on Wednesday, December 14th for the three-part miniseries The New Edition Story. BET has taken on the task of telling the lifestory of the groundbreaking R&B supergroup New Edition. It’s band whose work still influences boy and girl bands of today that audiences expect not only the ability to sing BUT to dance!
The event was a special night with original New Edition band members attending. Paley Center guests were able to see the premier screening of the mini-series and enjoy a panel discussion and audience Q&A with the cast and producer.
The full panel event and clips from the program will be available to stream exclusively on Hulu at a later date for those unable to attend or who want to enjoy this special music mini-series event for a second time.
