Wow that thing sounds mean.. what an absolute animal of a car. Nothing beats the sound of a Skyline at high RPM and getting the sound of the blow off valve. Also I'm from New Haven, CT and Jamie Marsh is always talked about in the K Series game out here.

I agree with alberto with the sparkplug from what i have learned to have an efficient clean burn sparkplug orientation shouldnt matter what matters is how fast the afr mixture is flowing into the combustion chamber and how well the afr mixture is mixed together (air + fuel) I may be wrong but thats what ive learned from being a technician

The clocking of the sparkplug, it makes the flame front a lot more efficient, by rotating the plug towards the middle of the combustion camber, which ignites in the middle and expanding outwards. Vs it being facing the small side of the camber and the flame front traveling in opposition directions around the combustion camber until it reaches each other and converges in the middle = less efficient. ✌

The spark plug position doesnt really matter as much unless you really have every single thing about the car dialed in. The timing does more. Ideally you want the flame front to be a nicely spread flower shape and whatever you do to get it to that point will make it burn cleaner. Spark plug orientation may help, but so can timing and intake valves

That turbo will work perfect on the Barra with a 3.7 ,Litre destroked crank so it can rev to 8000rpm which will get you to 2000+HP. We're not stupid Adam‼

Indexing spark plugs is very beneficial. But you indexed them backwards. On a naturally aspirated engine you put the ground strap 180° away from the intake valve. On a boosted engine, especially a highly boosted engine, you point the ground strap at the intake valve to help prevent spark blowout from the rush of pressurized air and fuel entering the cylinder.

Alberto is right. The plug orientation doesn't matter. There is the compression stroke so when the intake charge comes into the engine the piston goes down and back up befor the spark plug fires so it facing the intake is meaningless due to the compression stroke swirling the mixture in the combustion chamber.

I think I can remember bigboost adding a screamer to the skyline.
I saw it too @26:00 as well. But a "screamer pipe" as other have mentioned only is under under boost to control the boost. he was off throttle at that point that pipe should not be open.
