      bro it's just to help complete your daily protein goals... eating this protein bar and tofu alone won't be enough to complete your protein goals unless you weigh 30kgs or less.🤷‍♂

    Just saying " aap ka kam isse saste ma ho jae ga" is not it bro. U didn't even give the macro breakdown that's the basic/bare minimum thing u should have done. 50g divided by 3 is 13g of protein. Ur bar was full of fats and cabs. Truly disappointed. Don't misguided the public.

      it's not just 50g of protein, you have oats if you only take 50g of it you will get 7g of protein, then we have peanuts and peanut butter which will give you at least 4-5g of protein and other food items have protein too.. so it will easily give you 62-65g of protein. And the fats and carbs in the food used are necessary, remember it's a cost-friendly protein bar not calorie friendly but it's healthy and you can also modify it according to your needs... And one more thing if you are into fitness you should know these things like how to macro breakdown each and everything!!!

    Bro if the utensils you are using are non stick throw them away. Not good for you. Non Sticks are to be used in a particular way and washed carefully. The nonstick you are using is completely useless and is carcinogenic.

      agr aap physical workout nhi kroge then Muscle Protein Synthesis process start nhi hoga.. Protein blood me ghumta rhega and urine se ho k nikal jayega.. Your kidney will work extra to filter that wasted protein.

      @@stundown Whey is not necessary to achieve 1gm per kg.. and It is recommended to eat food to achieve Protein requirements and not depend on Whey Only. Whey should be consumed If and only if one is not able to achieve his protein requirements from food. Try having whey Or excess protein from food without workout you will have Foaming Urine Or if not then and get tested your blood...it will have raised level of protein in it...which will then stuck in your blood stream and can cause serious disease..
