@@thinklikeagirlboss I just bought it, I realized nevertheless that I need to use an extension called Calendar Events Creator (for which I paid already) which means that, for the Specific Actions Steps Section, I would need to add a column for start date as well not just deadline + another one for guests (so it gets on the calendar of my team). can you please briefly explain how to do this? many thanks in advance!

Once you open the Goal Planner spreadsheet you can change the colors by clicking on Format -> Theme -> Customize ... you'll see all the colors I used and you can replace them.
