I’m not sure if you meant make a sculpture that has long nails or if you meant you try to make a sculpture while you wear long nails but my answer is yes.
My question is...did the kit contain instructions explaining that?🤨🤔 If not that would be a point against the kit. But if they just didn’t read that part of the instructions..bad on them. But considering this is supposed to be for kids...they should have the adhesive already on the nails so you just pull off *one* piece of paper. You know? They make loads of pre-painted nails with the adhesive on there like that. Unless the kit intended to give the option of actually gluing the nail on with nail glue. 🤷🏻♀️ Also...what age range was that first kit for anyone? Because those nails looked as if they were all older teen/adult size!🤨🤔🤔

I am skeptical of any nail art kits aimed at children. I have so many memories...so many messes...so many carpets I ruined. My parents rarely got their security deposits back whenever we moved.
My mom just kept the nail polish & any art kits that involved paint put up in her bedroom and I had to ask to use them. I was only allowed to use them when she could kinda keep an eye on me. She would either set me up at the table or on the floor with a work surface covered by newspapers. She did that until I proved multiple times I could do the activity without making a mess. Then she would slowly allow me to get the activity kit/supplies from her room myself & do the activity but still had to let her know so she could randomly check I was still being careful & check the area once I was done. Eventually she trusted me. Not only did that method work with me & kept the floors & tables clean...it also taught me how to be neat, built confidence when she told me I did a good job. 💕 But you simply CAN NOT just hand a kid, or absolutely not a *group* of kids, a nail polish kit (or any craft kit with permanent/staining items) to go play with it on their on with *ZERO* supervision & expect whatever surface they set up on to be polish/stain free when they are done!🤨🤷🏻♀️ Especially *any* kid under age 8-9! I’d say most kids age 9+ should have the dexterity/fine motor skills & focus to use a kit like all but the spinning one & not make a mess. At least not if they are using it *ALONE*. In a group...supervision or at least setting up an area with a large protected surface would be needed. And each child’s development of fine motor skills, ability to focus & patience(to let polish dry fully before touch it or touching other surface) develop at different rates so parents/caretakers just need to know their child’s abilities to know when & how far to trust them. 🤷🏻♀️ That’s what I do with all my nieces, nephews, godchildren & kids I volunteer to spend time with at after school programs, at a free daycare for working single parents who can’t afford normal daycare programs & the local children’s home. 💕 I’m unable to have children myself 😞...so I try to do what I can for every child I can. It brings joy to my life & I only hope I make a positive impact on some of them. 🤷🏻♀️💕 Sorry this got so long. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
@Millennial Lane Toys - Just only allow them to use such kits when either you can do it with them or supervise them and set up a large surface protected by either newspaper, craft paper or those really cheap plastic “tablecloths” you can buy at the dollar store in the party isle! I can typically get a pack of those plastic tablecloth thing for $1 at Dollar Tree which has 2-4 table coverings in each pack. And as long as your daughters don’t tear it you can let any polish/paint dry, fold it up & reuse it next time. If they use glitter you can it fold up the table covering trapping the glitter inside & throw the whole things away. OR if you tape down the edges of the table covering you can use a lint roller to pick up every speck of glitter easily. 🤷🏻♀️ Of course it’s ultimately *YOUR* choice & absolutely *NOT* trying to tell you what to do! Just sharing ideas that have worked for me. 💕💕

@@shinarei i have thin brittle nails myself and i find the gel/acrylics really good for growing them/keeping them longer, but whenever i have to remove them, my normal nail is even thinner and bleh, so it takes ages for all the damage to grow out. That's the only drawback for me.

Fun fact: acrylic paint is super popular in nail art bc it’s easier to control/work with, it doesn’t dry as fast and if you mess up- you can use water to clean it up without messing up your base. Just coat with a clear coat and itll work. I painted a full easter set using it. Best nail art I ever done. I don’t a bunny on one middle finger, a duck on the other and plastic eggs on the rest.
