Decluttering is a wonderful accomplishment. I just did that with my dish cabinet. I added new heirloomtea dishes and got rid of old useless ones. It looks cute and neat now. The pups will be very child friendly. She is one of them.

I decorate after thanksgiving, however I keep it at a minimum. This fall I decluttered more throughly ,almost an empty nester and limited energy to keep my house organized and clean . I hate clutter so out it goes . So satisfying!

Such a good feeling to have an area cleaned, declutterd, and organized! I love that you show real life things like that! I don't decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving, usually the day after!
I keep it VERY simple- I decorate quite subtly for each of the four seasons. We don't do Christmas trees or Easter eggs. We have started celebrating biblical feasts, and omitting all the rest aside from Thanksgiving.

I only do Bible approved celebrations as well. So we do our wedding anniversary and we have family days a few times each year. Decorations are kept very simple and mostly flowers.

Exactly what I needed today. We have been decultering our garage almost done, just getting tired. I have been working on one area if the house declutering, and it feels so good and easier to maintain.
That's a big tackle but you'll feel so great when it is done!

We raise miniature poodles and have a few left. The children always have so much fun playing with the puppies. Which ours are house dogs so they’re on the house 😊

I started decorating on Black Friday. I did shop for one item on Black Friday but only because we were in town getting brakes on our car. Went to Hobby Lobby and bought one skein of yarn to finish the last Christmas present. Loved watching Lexi with the puppies.

Good morning Jeannine. I have started deep cleaning our house. Our bathroom really needs it too, it makes me feel good seeing other people's messes not just people posting something that already looks organized and them saying how messy it is 🤭 Lexi reminds me so much of my little girl Kaylee. Shes turning 2 in February , she does that with our little kittens.

I like to clean the house quick the day after Thanksgiving then decorate for Christmas. Nothing Christmas until after Thanksgiving.
Awe little Lexi with the puppies melted my heart…I love the age she is at right now. She sure does remind me of older videos of Xander with the puppies…how is Xander doing now…all better I hope. I had a severe health scare in August. So, my Christmas tree came out of storage as I was cleaning out my room. It's actually been up since mid October. What better way to celebrate life than by celebrating the one who gave it to me. Christmas is about the one who gave us eternal life . Why is that only truly celebrated 2 times a year instead of every day?

I decorated on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The main reason I did it was because my mom was over and I need help putting up my tree. I can’t do it myself. So she was at my house and so she helped me.
I have very little up. A tree. My tiny manger, some Santas and that’s about it. Some towels I have to get out of the dryer. That’s it.
I took all my cleaners to my laundry room even though I had cleaners in each of 3 bathrooms. Makes me get exercise 😅. I purchased cute colored storage containers at Dollar Store then got my entire house organized including refrigerator. I love red plaid so it's what I got. I keep syrups, jams, sweets things in one, then pickled and vinegars items together, soy and BBQ sauces together. I keep that container in same spot so can locate what I need quickly. I did same thing in freezers. I keep all chicken together in paper bag with handle, pork it's own bag and beef. It keeps it together plus They have handles on egg that holds 5 doz eggs. It's made life so much easier as when I'm down to one item I order it quickly on an app to either go get it or have it delivered.

I start just before, but don't have any pressure to have everything up. We do finish by around the 5th of December.
As I do my fall/winter deep cleaning and reorganizing, if I have Fall decorations those get put up 1st, and removed after Thanksgiving. Enjoy decorations, but don't have much room for them.
Both decluter and bring other in ( mostly gifts for our Immediate family.)

I'm not allowed to get Christmas stuff out before Thanksgiving, and since my daughter is better than I am at decorating, she is insistent about that, so she gets it out and sets it up.
We usually put stuff away and get stuff out, and in that process, we "declutter". Now, that's only getting rid of some things here and there. However, lately, we have taken massive amounts of things to donate. Our philosophy is, if someone can use it, donate it, because we have been so fortunate to find things we need/want at thrift stores. We also have two of them about ten minutes from us, so it's not a problem donating.
Lemme tell ya, watching how good Lexi is with puppies was SO WONDERFUL! I can see you have taught her to be careful and gentle - and she seems to be very good with them! I loved watching that - 😊!

We put our Christmas tree up on Thanksgiving day. Yesterday my daughter and son put the tree up while I took a nap. Love your channel. You inspire me to declutter.

Christmas décor comes out as soon after Thanksgiving as I can work it into my schedule. I love the feeling of a freshly cleaned out space. I need to work on my own spaces some more. Puppies and toddlers are some of the cutest. Do you think you will ever come out with K-cups in your coffee line? While I could use regular coffee in special cup, I tend to take the easy way out and just use k-cups. I get my k-cups from Javataza coffee right now. They have some pretty good coffee.

We do all the decorating in the house around dec 15. Outside the house around dec 1. That is a normal thing here in the Netherlands 🇳🇱
We decorate for Christmas here in England on my birthday, 14th December. Then everything comes down on 12th night. No later! I get the impression that in America you keep decorations up for ages? Love from England 🏴 ❤️
It does seem to be that way. It's a little frustrating how stores get past one holiday and right into the next
declutter throughout the year, but especially just before the holidays. We don't decorate for Christmas until the 15th.
I am in the declutter mode too! I have given away 2 garbage bags so far & am heading into the next round! There is just my husband and me & we are seniors,so i just want to have less in order to make it easier for me as i clean,etc.

We are senior citizens who are planning to sell our house & move to a continuous care facility in the spring. The decluttering has begun - I'm very good at organizing and it doesn't bother me at all to get rid of seldom used or never used items. On the other hand , my husband is a hoarder. It is extremely difficult for him.He already told me he is going to get a storage facitily to keep some of his stuff. I think it's a huge waste of money but I guess emotionally he needs to do what he needs to do.
I am so jealous of your big bathroom cabinet.My house does not even have a linen closet.My husband put two shelves in my clothes closet and that is my makeshift linen closet.
Kids & puppies - what could be better. Lexi is amazingly gentle with them for her age.
I am putting up Christmas decor right away - like next week because I store it in my bedroom closet on the floor and I need to declutter in there before we put the house up for sale. i want everything to look nice and spacious.
