Vanilla Skin is so good, musky and vanilla it kind of reminds me of a less sweet Bare Vanilla Untamed! So is the Fenty body butter it reminds me of cinnamon French toast!

Then the roller ball of Burberry Goddess. We have similar taste in fragrance, and I love your reviews and recs! I got the Fenty body cream last year and it's soooo good, you would love it - ever so subtle shimmer and just the right amount of fragrance, TBH, I try to pick up every Fenty body cream they're that good to me. Also, go for the Sol and round out your collection...the only scent I can't stand from the line is the midnight one - it grossed me out and I threw it into my donate bin for someone else to love. I know this is old but (also Cali/Rouge) great choices! I got Paradoxe, Goddess and Blush and LOVE them all! I have Pistachio and I love it but it has poor performance. I'm thinking of trying the Arabic dupe (Khair Pistachio) for $40.
i just wanted to say you did an amazing job describing burberry goddess. a lot of people either love it or from what i heard dislike it but for me, as someone that likes sweet but definitely doesnt love very sweet vanilla or gourmand perfumes goddess is an amazing perfume, with exactly the amount of sweetness to it i like. so a vanilla perfume for a non vanilla wearer is a good way to describe it. it develops beautifully on the skin, the drydown is amazing n it lasts long on me. another vanillic profile i love, which is more so marshmallow and matcha latte but still with hints of vanilla is kilian princess i wore it a lot last winter n will be using this fall/winter as well. together with by the fireplace, gris charnel and delina

Devotion starts or super alcohol-y and then within 30 seconds smells like straight up limoncello liquor which is delish. Oddly enough on me, it’ll then dry down to almost a cocoa powder on my skin which is super weird, but as an Italian I love limoncello and I love tiramisu (has cocoa powder dusting on top) so I’m into it
Flowerbomb has been my scent for years, but I've never own a full bottle lol. It's intoxicating. I have to admit though that I might enjoy the Ruby Orchid slightly better. It has the Flowerbomb base with a tartness that makes it so delicious.
The new Kayali Oudgasm Collection will not be available in stores in the US. They're only available in Harrods in store. BUT, I have Vanilla Oud in the travel size and it is to die for. I will be ordering the 1.7 oz during the sale! It's more waxy and powdery than vanilla 28. Wayyyyyy less spicy and boozy. I actually like it way more than vanilla 28.

There have been a lot of really good fragrance releases lately. I recently bought Goddess, Devotion, and three of the KayAli Oudgasm fragrances. Also, another bottle of Vanilla 28. My goal for the VIB is Kilian’s fragrances. I’m dying to try the new Smoking Hot fragrance and I really want a full size of Love Don’t Be Shy. I feel like I’m going to need another bottle of Devotion because I’ve already went through a travel size and my 50ml already has a nice dent in it. Bath and Bodyworks is also having a huge total body care sale on Saturday and I need the entire Vanilla Bean Noel collection for this year. There are too many good sales and good new releases!
I got phlur vanilla skin the other day. It reminds me of a lighter easier to wear vanilla 28. I struggle with wearing vanilla 28. I am SO sensitive to patchouli! Love your wish list. I’m also interested in mustang sally:)

I was curious about the Jo Malone ginger fragrance too as seemed different to their usual notes. I love it but it's not for me perfume wise. I love how you describe perfume, it's so helpful and evocative. I smelled the Phlur mists yesterday too and liked the Amber and Mango more than the Vanilla, which I was not expecting! Definitely go smell them! I *love* pine scents too, I've heard that the Maison Margela candles don't throw well, and I've bought several *stunning* pine candles from DW home for a fraction of the price (from TK Max). I also have smelt the Phlur pine balsam candle and it smells incredible, it's £40 here so hopefully $40 for you. Maybe a good alternative?

D&G "Devotion" smells like it has 150 teaspoons of synthetic, chemical-laced, sugar crammed into each bottle. 🤢 In comparison.. Burberry "Goddess" is so much more natural and pretty smelling 🦋 But.. the D&G bottle itself is really cool 🤙🤙
I actually like both of those. Sometimes we are just strange 😂 I do not care for their light blue, but this one was good. Bottle May have contributed to my likeness though

I recently got a new tester of EB Vanilla Milk, and it always blew my mind because I live gourmands and I LOVE EB… and idk if they reformulated or something but I loved it! Oh and I LOVE Apple Love. Probably one of my new faves from EB

Ginger Biscuit is like a lifer for me now. I’m probably going to need a backup bottle. Longevity is actually decent too!! Vanilla Oud showed up today and I’m on the fence with it. Def need to wear it more to get a good feel for it - but I think my nose picks up less vanilla more every other note.
I love the first «campfirey” smell of the replica by the fireplace fragrance, but I feel like that disappears on the dry down. I prefer autumn vibes or coffee break. I’m just bummed out that these are eau de toilettes, because I feel like they fade away too fast, they don’t linger on the skin :/

A lovely fig perfume is Jo Malone Poppy & Barley. Would never guess fig by that name. I like to layer it with spicy perfumes like Mugler Alien.

The Devotion one reminds me of Sci-Fi from Ellis Brooklyn, but more potent
Devotion smells like Iced Lemon Poundcake. The opening is a little harsh but the dry down is gorgeous.

I agree. Devotion is a hard pass for me. I get a mix of orange candy and methyl mercaptan (skanky skunk) smell from it. Just not for me.😮

It smells very similar to Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte from BBW. If you like that one, it’s VERY similar. I layered them and it was divine.. 😊

Vanilla Oud showed up today and I’m on the fence with it. Def need to wear it more to get a good feel for it - but I think my nose picks up less vanilla more every other note.

I love the first «campfirey” smell of the replica by the fireplace fragrance, but I feel like that disappears on the dry down. I prefer autumn vibes or coffee break. I’m just bummed out that these are eau de toilettes, because I feel like they fade away too fast, they don’t linger on the skin :/
I’m headed to Sephora today to return Phlur’s Father Figure… feeling a bit betrayed by the many influencers recommending it, jk. 😂 I’m excited to smell D&G’s Devotion and potentially pick that up to get me through the winter months - and by that simply give me something I can look forward to wearing in the spring. ❤ I love sweet fragrances and lemon 🍋 I hope I like it!

OMG I have so many perfume in my cart for the sephora sale Kilian Paris Smoking Hot, Tom Ford Café Rose, the 7 virtues Cherry Ambition, NETT thé vanille... I dont need more perfume but ..... I will probably only 1 or 2 Smoking Hot and Cherry Ambition are my tops!
