after you adjust the HUE couldn't you just resize the image by 1mm and then the registration marks would be gone on the second pass, wouldn't this also work for a white underbase for gradient images
I will be 100% honest and let you know that I have not used paint.net since I made this video. Vinyl Master just makes it so much easier I never looked back.
on Gimp 2.10.10 go to the color, chrome hue, and turn down to zero and it blacks out the whole image no need to do multiple steps of HUE reduction on Gimp anymore
