why does your white toner flake and chip off when scratched on laser transparency paper? The colors are fine but the white chips. Even when selecting "transparency" as the media type it still does it.
hello wonder if you can help me please i try that with mine md254dw and it made no different even if i put it to -5 and it still came out the same would you know what was causing this to not save
I just got an M254 in to play with and will be releasing a video on it soon. Most likely, it is not saving the changes to the printer and if this is the case you may want to contact HP support to make sure that you didn't get a bad printer.
Hey Josh. I bought the ghost white with the hp laser 254dw from US Cuttet a little over a year ago. Everytime I fo my second pass to apply the white it comes out gray or blueish in color. I've tried contacting US cutter but they didn't know why it was happening. I have watched all your videos and was wondering if you can help so I stop wasting ink.

Use the setting “heavy glossy” !
Josh like your videos. How do I prevent streaks not from the toner it’s like scratches on my forever laser dark transparent paper?
What about vinyl sticker paper en laser decal paper? Both are printed very blurry logo's and text. I tried a lot of different paper sorts
Didnt work for me untill I changed settings. HP M254DW in print dialogue, black only, opaque film, and TURN OFF HP Easy Color (under advance)

Turn on (when you print with white ) gray/black only
the white is not white enough, even ajust density to 5, not recommended if you need very white color
