I have the same lathe and i have a fun lil story about it, when I was working with mahogany the cast iron tool rest snaped in half, I have no idea how but now I use a stainless steel one, also I have that exact chuck on the way even before I saw this video and I decided to watch it, I thank you for reaferming me that I made a good purchase.
