Luciano Berio - A-Ronne (1975)

In 1976, at Vicenza, Italy, in the presence of Berio himself, I heard a recording of this done by actors, not the Swingles. The following day he was a guest for lunch at my house! I was 18. One of my most cherish memories of my life.

A piece that not only reminds me of Stockhausen's Gesang der Jünglinge and the music of Busotti, but also of the cartoon 'la linea', because there was very often something playful in the experiments/music of Berio (and of course Berberian's Stripsody comes also to mind with an echo of Eco). Wonderful performance, thanks for sharing.
