Ryan never brought up Eric’s name when he was talking to that kid. Ope, guess hitting the garage door in the winter and hiding it finally caught up to him 🤣
Taking a wild guess here but is Eric gone, hasn’t shown up or mentioned since the salting issue. Usually when an employee is gone he’s no longer talked about like the destroyer
I been calling it out … Ryan no longer wants Eric there he has seen his lack of responsibility… effort constantly telling him how to set up forms after 5 years of working for Ryan … that shouldn’t Be an issue Eric should be at the level of him taking charge and telling the guys what to do but what does he do sit in the truck and wait for boss to tell him to start taking tools out … Ryan has also made a couple commments through out the the winter aiming them at Eric .. I think he’s just done with him and doesn’t want to “fire “ him since it will Cost him a lot of drama and backlash so he will keep Eric as “ part time” for big pours and stuff like that … Eric honestly should have stayed with victory and just did side jobs like little side walks and stuff to learn more but hey I wish dude the best

Hey Ryan, loving the videos and I hope this year goes well for you and your family. Bit of a suggestion for your fuel cell battery. Look into getting a battery shunt or a trailer bcdc charger fitted to the trucks. When your driving it will keep the battery charged up, if you do it right you can double up the batteries on the trailer and it will double up as a backup battery to jump start the truck to
Happy Friday from Iowa! Just a suggestion for remembering to get new stuff/restock, put a whiteboard in the camera shed at the land and you and the guys can write stuff down to get and restock when you notice! I have one in my shop and it helps a ton
Ryan one more thing, your battery for the fuel cell. You can hook up the trailer plug so that it keeps it changed while its hooked up. We have a set on our flatbed truck that carries fuel in a tank. Either that or make the wires long enough to hook up to the equipment u are filling up.

💯🤔 Ryan Junior needs a POW with his attitude😮
He’s got the humor and personality of a rock
He’s a horrible boss too no wonder he isn’t keeping the business
I guess you haven’t watched some of the videos with him joking and laughing. Nothing wrong with Ryan Jr. I get the impression he is quiet by nature which will serve him well in his future profession.
I think he has same dry humor as his dad they both have very dry humor @user-peach408
I would get along with him perfectly. His personality is fine. Stop with the POW!
Have a great season. As always a great boss. Be safe on your travels to your jobs and be safe at your sites.
NOOOOOOO RYAN, There are so many scammers. PLZ keep your money for your kids. The internet is full of takers and when someone is a giver they will abuse them. I know you're a smart guy and make good choices, but please don't give scammers no money
And quit telling people on your video's that you are doing that ! Only incentivizes more scammers to ask !
I agree with both of these comments. It’s gut wrenching when I hear kind hearted people being scammed.
Just say no. And when you do, no guilt no explanation.
If ya just wanna be charitable, please consider our military veterans.❤️🇺🇸❤️
Or just say come work for it. They won't ask again
Should get the mini skid's plow hoses replaced so you dont have to worry about rushing next snow season getting things set up and forgetting to get them fixed.
Dude was trying to break into the shop! Guaranteed
I thought that was weird!😳
@@ItzMzJulez2Uvery shady!!
Watched that part again. His black truck is back there behind Ryan’s, so maybe he was legit looking for tire help at McGyvers, which looked pretty quiet. I dunno. 🤔🤷🏻♀️
Probably scoping out the area for valuables
Trying to break in only to realize someone was there to meet him with a camera 🤣
Ryan, yall take a "normal" day and make it anything but! I need something from you, not money, but PRAYERS! I have a job that I really like, however a new young manager was hired and some days i feel like I'm one punch from a felony. I'm not a violent person either. Love the videos man and I can hardly wait for some good laughs and concrete on the ground!!! Thanks man!
Ryan never brought up Eric’s name when he was talking to that kid. Ope, guess hitting the garage door in the winter and hiding it finally caught up to him 🤣
Yeah I think he got fired haven't seen him around in a bit
Hope so
@@Grizzalmighty he didnt get fired, he talked about it on his live yesterday
Which video is the garage door in
@@ilovepizza8263 did he go his own way?
I started watching u during covid and you’ve grown massively since ….. it’s inspiring ….. always a fan from England
CDL DRIVER DID NOT CHECK ANYTHING BEFORE STARTING THE MACK.
That’s how you know he has a Cdl
Probably did a walk around while the truck warmed up, or do you just start up and immediately head out 😂
@@Thee-AmateurAn94 go get a coffee while it’s warming up… then hop in and go!
11:50 Cart Narcs appreciate your hard work putting carts back
Taking a wild guess here but is Eric gone, hasn’t shown up or mentioned since the salting issue. Usually when an employee is gone he’s no longer talked about like the destroyer
I been calling it out … Ryan no longer wants Eric there he has seen his lack of responsibility… effort constantly telling him how to set up forms after 5 years of working for Ryan … that shouldn’t
Be an issue Eric should be at the level of him taking charge and telling the guys what to do but what does he do sit in the truck and wait for boss to tell him to start taking tools out … Ryan has also made a couple commments through out the the winter aiming them at Eric .. I think he’s just done with him and doesn’t want to “fire “ him since it will
Cost him a lot of drama and backlash so he will keep Eric as “ part time” for big pours and stuff like that … Eric honestly should have stayed with victory and just did side jobs like little side walks and stuff to learn more but hey I wish dude the best
@@mikeonthebox bro yes Ryan been doing RUclips for a long time u new here I been weatcvinh him when he used to drive a old ford
@@mikeonthebox ryan was on youtube for 1 year before he hired eric
Cheesy e is getting himself ready for the season, he has his own business or did you forget?
Back when I was in the business we had lumberyards and just pulled up the truck and loaded right up. Took minutes. I am sure Ryan and some viewers remember those too.
I can't help but notice nobody opened the hood and checked the oil in the Mac pre trip makes or breaks you and could cost you some easy money
Dont think they ever do !
@@tnolan3176 truck Big Ray drives has run low almost out of oil a couple of times.....he loses one of those big diesels and has to pay for a rebuild maybe Ryan will learn a 5 minute precheck can save THOUSAND$
Hey Ryan you should have when to the contractor desk and had the pipe and plywood put into the bid room.
Just love this grey smoke from Mac !!!!
😊 I'll bet Carleto and Tino did the right thing!!!!
It’s been nice not having Eric in the videos 😂
Wait he’s not in this one ?!? I just clicked it
Leave the hate on Eric channel. Don't bring negatively into something so positive.
Good morning fellow Victory fans
Glad to see your preseason preparations. Should help cut down on the daily runs to Home Depot.
Cant wait to see some concrete getting finished!
That's silly of you to send him 400$ . Just opening the flood gates..
hi Ryan you're a great person and role model. thanks from Rhode Island
Ryan one more thing, your battery for the fuel cell. You can hook up the trailer plug so that it keeps it changed while its hooked up. We have a set on our flatbed truck that carries fuel in a tank. Either that or make the wires long enough to hook up to the equipment u are filling up.
