Great to see you working through these interactions, sounds silly but, if you are beaming on your end while you speak, what they hear on their end is a simple smile, which makes a big difference. Well done pushing through till you got the yes.

Brother - Great step in the right direction! You had the balls to make the calls!
If I can critique something - you need a customer service voice - fake it until you make it - pretend you are talking to a baby lol 😂 not talking down but the tonality, people respond to energy and emotion, this is exciting for your business, you should get excited too!

Hahaha for sure the sales voice doesn't come naturally to me but that's what practice is for! Thank you for the feedback

That's the idea! Just give away ridiculous amounts of value and let them tell all their friends and network about it. You can see the video I ended up making here: vimeo.com/1015781729

You seem pretty genuine, I like that. And most of your videos are pretty good, lots of bokeh. Do you use a DSLR for most of your videography? Would you be willing to make a video that shows your process / shows you on the job?

You can see lots of that stuff on my IG - @steedfilms. Need to upload those here, just haven't gotten to it yet. YT Shorts has a 60sec limit and most of my BTS breakdowns are 1:30, but I could for sure post longer videos here with more detailed breakdowns. I used a Panasonic GH7 with the Sigma 18-35 for this video, and a Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro for other stuff.

I think you could add a call to action. For example: "...we're offering this service 100% free for today and tomorrow only. When is a good time for me to swing by?"
