In this video I share a video of me doing cold calls for wholesale real estate live on camera. Not only do I share my wins, but I also show all the times I get rejected to give you a more realistic picture of what wholesale real estate is like. Cold calling takes time to master so I wanted to show you some of the strategies I use to close more leads despite only being 22 years old. @@KalaniCruz it's probably what you're saying on the phone. Kind of like this guy. That's his problem too. Bad word choice and tonality. If you're going to go with the cash buyer approach be a cash buyer. If you're going to go with the wholesaler approach be a wholesaler. Own your approach and kill the fear in your voice. We're supposed to be people who are buying people's houses. You can't sound nervous when you're doing that. Or like a salesman.

would love some videos including on how to handle objections before they come about. a lot of the people im calling are "getting these calls all the time" trying to figure out the best way to go about that.

I personally would double down with, “Yea. I get it. A lot of calls from strangers asking about your house and most if not all of them giving you a lowball offer can be pretty daunting.” I would do move on depending on at what point that objection was made.
I get these calls all the time :
“hey I understand you probably think I’m another one of those time wasters right? “ ,*let them respond”
Then say a variation of: I want to honor your time, would this be the best time to talk or should I call you later this week?
- let them respond ; typically you get hung up on , chances are they’ll hear you out.
So that first call was actually really good one because your building Goodwill with that lady some people aren’t fast into the point some people want to visit when you play that game it builds Goodwill

Hey Cam, just getting into wholesaling. Great advice in the last couple of videos of yours I've watched. One question, however. How do you go about the tenants in the property in Harvey if you are planning on wholesaling it to a buyer? Thanks much, man!
Just an FYI anyone can reverse image search any of those properties just from the shown pictures, so just censoring the address isn't enough if you were really didn't want anyone to know.
But you'd have to talk to the sellers lol.
