These work outs bring back so many memories haha I did D1 rowing and pretty much had the same work out schedule. Just a little tip on the rowing machine (hate that thing) when you go forward, wait for the handle to pass your knees before bending them. It will feel awkward at first, but bad technique can really mess your back /knees up.

@@tjcogger1974 3 months later. Im both losing weight and gaining muscle with 0 cardio. Well not really losing weight. Same weight 168 - 171 but im getting bigger.
@@SEIBALTER that's great man! You definitely don't need cardio to build strength or muscle. But if you want to improve overall health, athleticism, muscular endurance, cardiovascular strength, cardio-respitory health, ECT., ECT., you should do cardio. There's also a lot of mental benefits in my opinion.
@@tjcogger1974 well I dont do cardio. But I do practice mma we do a lot of jiu jitsu. You wouldn't believe how much you sweat when you are trying to either choke someone out or break their arms. While trying to avoid that happening to you. (Of course once they start prying your arm off or try to choke you, you just tap and they let go but still)

I need to get more muscle before I do that amount of cardio. (I'm a guy) I'm just scared of doing cardio atm because I don't want to lose gains .
