Kelsey you are awesome and love these exercises. To everyone moaning about the music, turn your volume off if you don't like it. I love it, keeps exercise movements smooth and good form
+Lyn Grant - no disrespect. It's not that we don't like the music, it's that it's too loud, thus hard to hear Kelsey Lee and her instructive comments on proper pose, what to do, what we are working and above all her encouragement to keep going.
Love Kelsey Lee and love XHIT workout videos. My only thing is that for this video - the music is a bit loud and it's not easy to hear Kelsey Lee. The other suggestion - would be to maybe put the timer and the exercise description to the top or make it smaller. Sometimes I am unable to see the trainer full proper position for the exercise. Otherwise - LOVE you guys.
So glad you like working out with me! Come on over to my personal channel for new workouts and different... MUSIC :) Still working out the kinks, but come on over!
Oh my. I did this without giving up ! Hopefully i will do this daily ,! Except the last part i did it in the easier way because me and push ups dont get along well xD
+Beautiee LiesWithin LOL. Me too. I did the video twice - except for the push ups. I can't do them, never have. I try to do wall push ups but I just don't think it's the same - so sometimes I just - SKIP 'EM.
Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson also for men? I am a man and started this class but it was brutal! I used 1 pound dumbbells but could only even finish one round of the session and gave up as my arms just could not continue. 😟 I feel very low and unconfident. I am amazed that all the women are so strong and muscular here!
Great workout except that the music was louder than the talking. I had no idea what you said through the whole thing. Thankfully, I could follow along by watching. Any way to fix the sound?
This workout, along with tons of water and spinach & chicken salads got me to fit into a size 6 bridesmaid dress. It helped with all the weird arm cleavage that usually explodes out of a strapless dress. Standing crunches with weights also helped.
I enjoy your videos and I learn really good techniques. Sometimes the name of the exercise at the bottom blocks my view and I am not able to see the technique to make sure I am using proper form. Is it possible to move the name of the exercise to the top at times when it will block the view of the form? Thanks!
Hi Kelsey! I love your workout videos! :) and love your "Boom!" lol. I'm just wondering, should I do this workout 2 or 3 times? Going through this workout just one time seems too short. Is it effective even if I do this once?

Anywhere in the 10-20 rep range is great when you're building a good foundation; if you can do 10 and feel little to no fatigue with the weight you are using, shoot for 15, and if 15 changes very little, knock out 20 reps per set. Hope this helps!
Great exercises for beginners too. I would have to do these slower to get a good posture and form first. Otherwise, these are great for my arms/shoulders

awesome exercises, however the pace at which you performed the exercises are a bit too fast than the ones I've been following on xhit, yes fast is fun for me, but is that the right way to do it??????
I like this girl, I was watching most of Rebecca's workouts, because she's a little perkier, but this girl sounds more professional, now I don't know who I prefer lol
I always like your videos but I thought the music was overpowering your voice in this video. I had no idea what size weights you were using except for the 12 pounder.
My set of weights is comprised of: 500 cl (half a litre) monster cans (I don't drink the Monsters, they have lots of sugar, it's just that the size of their cans is great for a handweight). 1 litre water bottles. I like mineral water bottles because they usually have an hourglass shape, which makes them easier to grasp with tiny hands. 1,5 litre water bottles. Same here. 2 litres water bottles. 2 litres cola bottles. They make you exercise your fingers, because they have a straight shape (no hourglass), so you need to open your hand more to handle them, which forces you to strengthen your fingers. For more weight, instead of a medicine ball or sand bag: backpack full of books. You don't need to buy weights. As soon as my water bottles start to feel not heavy enough, I will put the same amount of sand and stones into them. In case I don't adjust the weight properly, I will mark them as A and B, and switch the arms with which I use them, so in case one is heavier than the other, no imbalance will occur. I think it's better to use as weights things you have at home. After all, if you do grocery shopping, you don't carry small, perfectly symmetrical weights which are so nice on the hands. You usually carry bags with different weights and positions. I prefer to use natural weights, but to each their own.

Oh wow, that is amazing arm strength! Is this lesson also for men? I am a man and started this class but it was brutal! I used 1 pound dumbbells but could only even finish one round of the session and gave up as my arms just could not continue. 😟 I feel very low and unconfident. I am amazed that all the women are so strong and muscular here!
LOL. I see what everyone means about the music! The instructor has a very personable personality and I'd like to hear her but because the music is practically drowning out her words, I may have to mute this time and use my own music. Otherwise I really appreciate this video. Thanks!

I love this workout but the music is so loud it's louder that her voice and it's a bit distracting. Sometimes I watch it on mute cause it's a great workout. But any way you could edit this I'm sure viewers would appreciate it.
+Clarissa Timmerman haha you got me curious, i looked closely at her weights, at some moments u can see "8" on her dumbbells, so i am guessing they r 8lbs. Just do the best you can do though!
For the most part, I like it, but she does the exercise a bit too quickly for me. I may do it a bit more slowly to ensure my form is better. But I prefer the (mostly) standing workouts.
I hear you on the speed; we were on time crunches filming these workouts so that was just part of the deal. If you're up for it, come on over to my personal channel for all new workouts to mix and match at your own pace ;)
That's okay to feel like your butt's being kicked, at least a little! I'll DM you a message with some particulars you might find a good fit for where you're at as you keep moving forward :)
I know this is an arm workout, but good God, those legs are amazing! Legs Goals!
You are so sweet to say so! THANK you! Come on over to my personal channel for more workouts!
I like her workouts. She doesn't talk alot and her voice is not annoying. Kelsey Lee. I'll keep it up as long as your around. thank you
Please lower the volume on her workouts of her music, you cannot hear her well. Great stuff overall!!
+Susan McKenney - my feelings exactly.
Agreed.
the music is not only loud, it's so distracting!! but nice moves though ☺️
Kelsey you are awesome and love these exercises. To everyone moaning about the music, turn your volume off if you don't like it. I love it, keeps exercise movements smooth and good form

Glad you mentioned the elbows popping thing- they started popping right when you said that and it freaked me out! Great workout!

totally agree. Great exercises. music way too loud. Can barely hear Kelsey speak. And position difficult to see with the words and numbers.
GREAT VIDEO REALLY HELPFUL AND YOU CAN SEE YOUR FORM WELL AND YOUR TIPS AND REMINDERS ARE SUPER HELPFUL!
I love this workout, quick workout that I have added to my lunch time workout! Thank you so much love all your videos!

Great workouts! Fun and easy to understand what you have to do! Thanks!
Great sweat !!! Thanks kels

This was awesome Kelsy!
The workout was awesome my arms are burning. Thanks
Thnx for this arm workout! I just did it twice today, before and after my cardio. how many times do you recommend doin this?
Always love your workout also the music that has been the same in all the videos lol
Thank you your the best.
Oh my. I did this without giving up ! Hopefully i will do this daily ,! Except the last part i did it in the easier way because me and push ups dont get along well xD

Thanks for a great workout !! Everyone starting to notice the difference :))
Thank you so much for this!! :)
My Muscle Is Pumped Thanks Xhit
Great, quick workout :D thanks
Great workout except that the music was louder than the talking. I had no idea what you said through the whole thing. Thankfully, I could follow along by watching. Any way to fix the sound?
Great workout! Feeling optimistic that this plus your toned thighs and no more muffin top workouts will get me ready for bathing suit season!
Your music is really great. Love this song :)
For years, Ive loved this video. My only and a big issue is the timing and transitions are too fast.
Music is way too loud lol
This workout, along with tons of water and spinach & chicken salads got me to fit into a size 6 bridesmaid dress. It helped with all the weird arm cleavage that usually explodes out of a strapless dress. Standing crunches with weights also helped.
how long and often did you do these exercises to see a difference?
you mean bra bulge? armpit fat?
Thank you
good stuff
the music is toooo efffffin loud gosh!!!

Is it possible to move the name of the exercise to the top at times when it will block the view of the form? Thanks!
I love this workout but unfortunately I can't hear you cause the music is sooo loud.
Hi Kelsey! I love your workout videos! :) and love your "Boom!" lol.
I'm just wondering, should I do this workout 2 or 3 times? Going through this workout just one time seems too short. Is it effective even if I do this once?
It's definitely too short and fast to get any real progress. I watch it on half or .75 speed and do it twice.
Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson also for men? I am a man and started this class but it was brutal! I used 1 pound dumbbells but could only even finish one round of the session and gave up as my arms just could not continue. 😟 I feel very low and unconfident. How many times a week should we do this routine? Amazing workout by way :)
3-5 :)
are there arm workouts that do not require weights? I would really like a video on that pls!!
The music is a little too louder, but the workout is just great!
Thank you for uploading your workouts. I am a beginners lifting 5Kg, how m any repetitions you recommend?
Anywhere in the 10-20 rep range is great when you're building a good foundation; if you can do 10 and feel little to no fatigue with the weight you are using, shoot for 15, and if 15 changes very little, knock out 20 reps per set. Hope this helps!
I’m really enjoying her video series, my only complaint would be the music drowning out what she’s saying.
Great exercises for beginners too. I would have to do these slower to get a good posture and form first. Otherwise, these are great for my arms/shoulders

What supplements do u recommend to help increase toning.?
can you do a worm up video?
May I know what the weight of the dumbbells I should use?
I love when she says booom when the serie ends !!
awesome exercises, however the pace at which you performed the exercises are a bit too fast than the ones I've been following on xhit, yes fast is fun for me, but is that the right way to do it??????
Slow the video down to half or 3/4 speed. Repeating it will also help!
I like this girl, I was watching most of Rebecca's workouts, because she's a little perkier, but this girl sounds more professional, now I don't know who I prefer lol
How much do the blue weights used in the video weigh?
I always like your videos but I thought the music was overpowering your voice in this video. I had no idea what size weights you were using except for the 12 pounder.
I like this workout because its not too long, at 10 minutes my arms are too tired, maybe I'll switch to Rebecca's arm workout if I'm used to it :)
I like the video but I agree with the others....Music is too loud so you can't hear the trainer. Will do it again :)
No equipment required arm workout please?🙏
push ups would probably work. lol
you can use bottles of water as well

love the workouts I variate and that helps me lose inches faster
hi kelsey. wat weights can i use in order not to build a muscle but lose arm fat? =) im currently using 3 pounds. im a girl btw.

She's gorgeous

Oh wow, that is amazing arm strength! Is this lesson also for men? I am a man and started this class but it was brutal! Great workout! The music was way too loud so I could hardly hear her.
Noted!
THERE COULD BE BREAKS BETWEEN THE EXERCISES, AND THE EXERCISES THEMSELVES COULD BE LONGER, AT LEAST 30 SECONDS EACH.
Loved the workout but struggled to hear her with the music rather there be no music.
Low your music a bit please....
Wonderful but I cannot make-out what you're saying. Would you have the editor's turn down the music?
wish it was longer
Is it safe to go so fast?
do I do this 3 times?
good workout but I have no idea what u were saying music to loud:-p
I love this workout but the music is so loud it's louder that her voice and it's a bit distracting. Sometimes I watch it on mute cause it's a great workout. But any way you could edit this I'm sure viewers would appreciate it.
how heavy are the weights?
They look about 5lbs :)
+Clarissa Timmerman haha you got me curious, i looked closely at her weights, at some moments u can see "8" on her dumbbells, so i am guessing they r 8lbs. Just do the best you can do though!
+Ada Liu thanks 😜
what can we use if we dont have weights?
a bottle of water will do! ;)
Music is a it too loud in this one, great workout though!
Great exercises but too quick (and music too loud).
Otherwise great workout
Love your workout but man, the music on this one what as pointed out by others also, very loud.
love the workout but music is a little loud.
Good exercises and beautiful instructor, but the music is WAY TOO LOUD!
how many pounds are the weights you're holding?
Why do they play this same song on all the videos?
Probably because they own it?
For the most part, I like it, but she does the exercise a bit too quickly for me. I may do it a bit more slowly to ensure my form is better. But I prefer the (mostly) standing workouts.

I'll check them out, but I've seen some of your videos, and they often kick my very unfit butt.
That's okay to feel like your butt's being kicked, at least a little! I'll DM you a message with some particulars you might find a good fit for where you're at as you keep moving forward :)
...just realized I can't DM you via RUclips but if you shoot me a message somewhere on here, IG or FB, I'll send you those links!
Okay, i'm following you on IG and will send a message. thanks so much!
shes beautiful
You're music is a bit to loud. It's a bit difficult to hear you
Yes lower the music cause I can't hear whats she's saying! A great workout thou..
Asa
The reps are done a little bit fast and the music is a bit too loud 😅
I like it but the music its too loud
Lower the music in the background. Hard to hear her instructions!
like your videos, but you are doing the movements really fast. just a bit slower would be helpful.
The music a WAY TOO LOUD!! I cannot hear the instructor under the music. Had to mute the sound in the end, as it was so annoying
Is it good for man too? i hope so
anyway, I can watch this movie all day long
she is just my style
이상욱 these are great for anyones arms, you could probably amp up the weight though
Thank you for answer have a good day
Start with a weight that works for you :)
