I wore silver eyeliner (pencil) as wings, minimally smudged it. Put a tiny amount of black eyeliner just next to the lash line under the wing. Then my round, lilac tinted, silver wire framed sunglasses. Had the handkerchief top.. That just covered the front of you, with the 2 or 3 strings that tied it on lmao Lastly, the low rise black skort with the thick sole platform flip flops 😅 I was a hot little thing in 2001 when I was 21 ❤❤

Lots of sheer/milky glosses, definitely white eyeliner slays, and pink/purple/blue pastel shadows owned our souls. Glitter accents- yes. Little hair clips and bows- yes! Usually no fake eyelashes- just building mascara… bronzer all over… blush just on cheeks…. it was a fun era. 🎉

Bronzer is warm toned, made to give a sun kissed look. While contour is cool toned, made to mimic natural bone structure shadows.
