🚨PSA🚨I take passport pictures (my job) and the majorly of countries will deny your picture if your face has too much depth/highlights. So basically no shadows or shininess. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HIGHLIGHTER (unless you have checked your countries guidelines and it specifies shine on face is okay!). Most of the women who come in wear it and we have to wipe it off, makes me so sad because I don’t wanna ruin your beautiful makeup:(. that is all🥰
@@Pinkitytrinkity should be okay!☺️ Highlighter is hard as the flash from our camera makes it blown out which is why it gets denied, I’ve never gotten a denial for contour as our lighting usually balances out the face anyway. If you are in a rush to get your passport I always suggest to do a very natural look as there would be no risk for your application to get sent back:)

Y'all be doing some crazy makeup if you are unrecognizable without it. She still looks like herself. I wore some makeup for my last passport photo and I never wear makeup on flights, especially on long international flights, and I've never had any trouble with getting recognized as the person in my picture.

So no its not that their going on a flight at 3am 'by choice' its the fact that if they want to splurge a little more during their actual vacation time, they have to cut down on the price of the flight they are going on. This means not always getting an ideal time. If you get a flight at 3am, then that's what you get. Not everyone has the luxury of choosing. On top of that, who tf gives a shit what they look like at 3am? It's not 'bum vibes', it's how you feel comfortable. If I like going to the airport in sweats and a hoodie, then that's my choice. Don't shame people without thinking things through.

When I went to get the application for mine it tells you on one of the pages of the application not to wear makeup or even smile a lot so I would definitely double check the fine print of the paperwork or ask the place where you get the application or take the picture :)

There are strict guidelines when it comes to passport photos (some even as strict as having to show their full forehead and ears). Ive seen so many people stopped during immigration clearance when they enter without makeup but their photo shows them with full on makeup… 😅
FYI its best to look as normal as possible in ur passport photos. If u don't they will hold u up for not looking like the picture. Do not smile unless u plan on smiling every time someone looks at ur picture.
im cackling bc they told me i had to come back 'next week' to take my passport pictures since i was wearing makeup. they apparently wanted a bare face. i was told i could get my pictures done free of charge since i had paid the first time i went. the next time i came back, they said that i had to pay again because i was one day late. spent about 40 bucks for 2 small pictures ;-;
If your passport/ID photo is black and white do not use blush. I repeat... DO NOT USE BLUSH. My friend had it done before me. Blush didn't look good. No no no. The rest? Yes perfect (dont go too heavy on contour, just do it like the girl in the vid did... nicely done)

When I get my passport done I never do makeup because makeup isn’t your real face and can cause trouble or confusion at the airport or while your getting your passport pics done btw just saying just in case
I don't know about looking so different in a passport photo than you would getting off a plane, they might not accept that if you look different. It is just makeup tho. I had to change my passport photo a while back when i got fillers on my face and lips, and Botox on my crow's feet and eyebrows. But it changed my cheek contouring and age range enough for me to have to get my picture retaken. It made me happy that I looked younger but it sucked to get denied and go through the process again! 😅
In the US passport photos have to have a neajtral most matiral face possible. Some makeup and hair styling is okay, but if you know when you wash off that makeup you become a whole new face than the photo will be rejected.

In macedonia they dont really care what you look in the photo they dont even show it to you so you can tell them if you like it or no. Always when i get passport photo they are like "please look at the camera" and just take the photo in a second you cant even fix your hair or pose like you want and i always look like a freaking monster 😂
