I am actually on a sabbatical year. Lots of things has changed definitely. But, embrancing what a feeling would be has been the most difficult part. And I mean this, when I have a headache, that’s pain, I take an aspirin, chemical reactions occur, then I’m ok, but the “good” feelings appears when I am singing, and get exited about the final product I’m like “yaaay I am so talented I love doing this” but there’s no way to define this as a feeling, usually fits as state of mind. From the beginning of the year from now knowledge that has arrived shows me that to heal yourself you got to be in pain or suffering, to feel something you’ve got to be whiling to accept what’s around you, got to know how to recognize what actually fits on your reality, I can’t do this on my own, ok, but I am the only one I trust so far… let’s see what comes next. But yeah, I am opening myself to myself first. Ps I will try reading more as well!
what are your thoughts on the quote, "A man of war par excellence, he must now destroy himself because he finds no more enemies." Been circulating in my head recently and I've been seeing some other videos on it. Thoughts?
To me this reflects evolution. When someone achieves the pinnacle of whatever they perceive the “goal” to be, they are forced to see a new reality. They realize the goal was never the answer, only a stepping stone to their own shadow. War in spiral dynamics is reflective of red level consciousness, so upon defeating their enemies they would have to “destroy themselves” to ascend further in awareness. Meaning they have to metaphorically “destroy” the inner facade of a war lord to reveal they might actually possess empathy. And this is just a metaphor for how we can get whatever we were seeking to realize the prize was always inside us, it’s our own authenticity. I’m not Lucas but that’s my two cents haha.
There's a lot of ways to interpret it that will have value. Atomicbubble did a great job. I actually decided to ask ChatGPT and here was its response: "The quote you're referring to touches on the internal struggle faced by someone who has defined themselves through conflict or opposition. When this person, "a man of war par excellence," can no longer find external enemies to confront, they are left with only themselves to battle. This reflects a theme of self-destruction or existential crisis, as their identity has been so closely tied to conflict that, without it, they turn inward." I really liked that too :) Thanks for commenting.

How can I implement this idea with ADHD? It's hard for me to differentiate what's important in the moment and what's not.
