Hey Coach, your Videos about all the different locations are great! I am planning to do my first full distance race in 2025 with the ambitious goal of a Sub 10 hour finish. Could you give me a top 3 of the fastet courses in hole Europe to achieve this goal?

Great video! It will also be my first time, does anyone know if they use 1 drinkmix ph1000 per 750ml bottle or is it just diluted to the right amount. Cause this would change the amounts of carbs you get for the whole ride significant
Glad you enjoyed and delighted to have earned your subscription - helps my channel a lot - re your follow up Q - not really clear how that will work - so my advice would be to work out your nutrition mainly on the items you can be 100% certain on accurate calorific levels e.g. bars, bananas etc - any carbs you get from the liquids will then be a bonus - good luck in Germany
One question, with the rolling start for the swim is the 9.5hour cut off for swim, T1, bike taken from the time when each individual athlete enters the water rather than the general 6:30am start?
All based on when you enter the water and cross the timing mat - so no not based exclusively on 6:30 kick off time
