This has nothing to do with the Persona series, but this is the town location from Persona 5.

it's always irked me that the ai in smt doesn't adapt to nullifying and stuff

You know what i just realized?
Metatron's battle theme is smt 1's law theme.
The more you know right?
The visual effect of Magma Axis piercing through Metatron´s body its as cool as the battle music.
I love when rpgs have attacks that actually connect instead of just taking damage when someone attacks in your general direction.

Just beated this guy yesterday in Remaster, and in that it was constant spamming of Megidolaon almost from the start. Last phase was Debilitate + Fire of Sion, that could wipe MC even with Endure. (My level was around 70 with a bit weaker demons.)

Harlot taking a gulp to heal your party is so satisfying.
This was undoubtedly one of my favourite boss battles in Nocturne I have to say hand on my heart! Sure fighting matador and the rest was fun but the big man metatron himself was nothing short of amazing and exhilarating to say the least!
If i ever marry i want that organ version of the Metatron theme for my wedding

I just love how Metatron descends upon you.
Im really curious to see if they will voice this in the Remaster, it's pretty likely they will since we just heard Matador this morning in the Livestream.
This dialogue has potential to be really cool with voices so i am hopeful they will, nothing gets you hyped for a big boss fight than an epic dialogue.
I've heard his voice in another Nocturne HD Remaster boss fight video, not so outstanding, sounds...too young.
Doesn't fit my expectation of being a mighty angel of YHVH.
Hope the English version could be better.

Well they did a pretty good job at making Metatron sound imposing in the remaster that's for sure

I can’t wait to hear Metatron’s voice in the Remaster. Metatron is absolutely my favorite demon/angel in the SMT series.

You can find them all over the place and you can also buy them at a shop behind the strength door in the Kalpa dungeon.

@@zombiemassacreify Unless you can access the Shady Broker that sells them for mucho Macca. In which case, go wild, a good bunch of the Fiends are good. Especially Mother Harlot, Daisoujou, and Trumpeter

@@zomboids2100 Yeah, even gameplay wise, Metatron would be extremely rough without Megidolaon or Myriad Truths, meanwhile he resists all elemental attacks barring Almighty and Ice

Why is there no voice acting?
The PS2 version of Nocturne didn't have any boss acting besides the one you hear in combat
Metatron was translated and isnt subject to degradation. An immaculate reunion edited by parasitic dreamers, infidels.
