Hi Mam, I'm working in an IT field with weekly rotational shift. Early morning, after noon and night shifts. Even though I'm eating very less, keep gaining weight. 😓😭
Weight is also heavily dependent on genetic factors and other conditions like hypothyroidism, pcos, etc. Eating less can actually confuse your metabolism and make it harder to shed those exra kilos
my whr is less than 0.75 and also I'm very thin, but still I have pcos. And my lifestyle doesn't come under sedentary category. It's just that I don't feel motivated to do any exercise, maybe because of hormonal imbalance. It's a vicious cycle.

I really think stress is underrated cause. In the times of my life when being abused or feeling stressed over loved ones I got the fattest. My ideal weight was 12-13 years old. I ate 3 chocolate chip cookies 2 chocolate chips at lunch everyday. Usually ate Mexican takeout for dinner lol. Walked alot and had a lemon ice Gatorade addiction. Not sure why but I was looking good despite it

Typically exercising, having good iron intake, Vitamin B12 intake and removing processed/street food and sugar should help with regulating periods. Diet really makes a difference. Protein uptake also helps
