My mother conceived me when she was 34 and conceived my brother at age 40. I have been a very bright student in school and in uni, whereas my brother is a good sportsman. I truly believe it all depends on the individual and having faith that God will grant your prayers. Sometimes,it takes a leap of faith against being a realist.

I had my daughter at 21, yes At the beginning I felt that it was not a right decision but later on I realised the biggest advantage of it, by the time I turned 40 my kid was preparing for her graduation. Nowadays no one knows what can happen the next moment, at least I’ll die in peace that she can handle herself. But at the same time I don’t want my daughter to have kids at early age, even get married as career is the most important thing in life. Moral of the story is that there is no right age to get pregnant, every thing as it’s own pros n cons.
actually, if the child had a choice, they would prefer 21, or early as possible. Kids undergo lots of social stress at school and in life as general if their parents are old!!! As parents age, they lack stamina and sense of mindset to interact with their kid to the fullest!!! the kid suffers... i disagree with indian mentality, job, job, job, career!!! this is not the way!! Very materialistic!!! the ideal age for a female would be 21- 27yr for first kid. Before 21 is not good, as if she married early, say 18-20yr, at least 1-3 years should be to adjust to the couples needs first to form intimate bond. Goodluck to future baby boomers!!

My sister got married at the age of 31. She had been suffering from endometriosis since she was 28 and she had been ttrying to get preganant. Then finally she got operated for endometriosis and got preganant naturally at the age of 36 and delivers a healthy baby boy at 37. Now the baby is 6 months healthy and happy. Now I am of her age 31 and single. I am doing Yoga everyday and taking care of myself a lot. And it helps, my periods are regular, weight is under 60 kg. I am as active as a 21 year old. Recently I have joined a new job with many other new joinees. Many of the new joinees are of age 22- 23. And believe me my blood reports which includes details and urine reports are better than the 23 year old candidates. There wasn't even a single parameter out of normal range but many other girls' parameters weren't in normal range. The main reason is lifestyle and diet.

In the early days , many women used to give birth even in their 50's. My mother conceived me when she was 35 and My grandma conceived her when she was 40. So it all depends on an individual. There's no right age. Just make sure you get yourself checked once in a while and plan accordingly. And as much as this video is book based, it kind of pressures or makes others pressure women to have kids before mid 30's.
In the early days almost every women have 7 - 8 kids, I am sure they were not delivered all before the age of 35.

In my country almost all women are having babies after 30 years old. And the babies are perfectly fine. It depends on their life priorities with financial situations. It's not just about being Young and enjoying life. tbh Most people are immature at that age and are not able to take responsibilities of a child. In most cases not everyone.
Yk in state in a certain place they get married and have kids at so kuch Early age just like few decades ago. The parents themselves were so immature that they cannot impart any good things to the children. Moreover they were uneducated.
Just look at the US they love to normalise teenage pregnancy so much that what is their country turning into. In every field they earlier US citizens are absent. Asians are ruling the country now. Because those people are focused on teenage pregnancy, self love leading to divorces, not taking responsibilities of kids they give birth. Dropping out of school, less educated, drugs & weeds and all these mass shooting out of frustration.
Like it's said, we need to be healed and matured before taking responsibility of kids.

You are absolutely right mam. I got married at 21 and my first delivery was the very next year. Healthy child. My second delivery was at the age of 24.Both are of normal delivery and healthy.

Although science has come a long way, I would urge older women to please not be discouraged. I know plenty of people who have had their children above the age of 40. That being said, I live in the USA where it is considered a normalcy. So, please do not be disheartened. As I said, Science is amazing, but God is the one who holds all the answers. I'm 29 and have not found a good partner yet. More than a partner I am concerned about baby if I get married late. This video is a blessing. Just remember - Don't rush if you haven't found the right partner otherwise there won't be a point of having a "Baby" & "Family". Hmm quite depressing though.

I feel it's always best to have a baby when your young because the body can cope up better. Because it's not just about giving birth, you need to be strong enough to raise the child also. I feel if you have a baby when your young, and you have enough of support from parents and in laws to care for your child, then I don't think career will suffer. Later on you will be thankful because by the time your children will grow up, you will also be successful in your career.

Fun fact most of the woman in my family got pregnant in their late 30s no matter how much they tried in their 20s. There is no such formula. Only thing is live healthy stay away from drugs alcohol etc and exercise well. In village area women conceive even in their late 40s because of their physical nature of work.

I am practicing Architect, married early at 23 had first daughter at 25 and second daughter at 28 .. happy mother managing my career and lovely family. My daughters are my real blessing rather than any career/goals... Never ever thought of marriage or kids as a hindrance.... rather accepted LIFE at its own pace... Now 42 yrs if I look back.. I only smile how I accepted everything and it all transpired soo beautiful .... Still we look forward to this amazing life together with our daughters... of course career is there , but never Center staged. ❤️
