Everything is equal except punching power. Those who say that Tank won't be able to land on Shakur are delusional. Tank has the skills, athleticism, speed, and IQ to be able to land on Shakur and he has a good chin so he would be ablento take more chances cuz Shakur has no power to worry about. Shakur will run and be overly defensive but Tank will find and land his shots to be able to break him down and eventually finish him.

Tanks IQ is superior to Shakurs. Tank is better at setting up traps, more versatile punch output, better punch placement. Shakur is better defensively but that’s part of who Shakur is and not who Tank is. Not stopping a guy that’s not in the top 40 with all that talking is terrible !

That's the hardest defensive style to master and I love watching it. If he keeps fighting like that and ignores the critics, he'll have a long healthy, winning career. No complaints here.

Tank is able to withstand being hit without being hurt, so those who claim to have hit him are not actually causing him harm. This is why Tank is able to easily overpower them. On the other hand, Shakur has no chance against Tank because he is too afraid of getting hit and doesn't know how to handle it. Once Tank lands a punch on him, similar to Haney and Ryan, it will be the end for Shakur.
