I recently watched the Level 857 podcast where they talked with Michael Hermann at RetroSoft and I had not seen this game before, but I definitely want to play it. The guys in the podcast are even featured at the top left of the screen, really close to you John. The amount of other RUclips guys and well known gamers are strewn around that ring in such a way where I had a similar reaction seeing the arena, meaning that I. Miss. Conventions. I miss going to PRGE and experiencing all that and I like that the creators went so far as to make this a convention based arena. The wrestling looks fantastic and I can't wait to check this out.
I mentioned it in your previous video for RetroMania and I definitely don't want to take anything away from the wrestlers and the gameplay but I thought it would be a fun little easter egg if when a wrestler is whipped against your table, they receive a random letter grade from S to F. It would be a nice nod to one of your video series (and admittedly my personal favourite) and maybe could be used towards achievements if they game has them. Just my thoughts, but this game looks like what I wish the iOS version of WrestleFest was. That was a good game too but this is one I'd like to pick up.

This game is aMazing i have over 40 hours of it on steam but not near myoc at the moment due to traveling but can't wait for the console version and obviously i usually choose John Riggs as my matt in that arena also the MJR Crew easter egg in the arena is also amazing!

It’d be completely awesome if there was an early update to this game incorporating JohnRiggs in his current form with your Hulkster-styled skullet that’s been in progress... dye that thing blonde and straighten out those curls and it’d be pretty accurate imo.
The characters look like they move super fast. They almost look floaty. Hope there's a way to adjust it and slow it down a tad. I know it's supposed to be arcade style, but the people seem to move way faster than they did on WrestleFest. Still can't wait to pick it up for Switch, though!
i'm still wondering how the heck the 'official sequel' works out, like i saw the technos logo on the little dot matrix display in one of the arenas, did they get the rights to the game itself? but seems like a fun game might have to pick it up at some point! i had heard about the cameo appearances in the one arena that's kinda sweet!
Part of me wants to though I already have it on Xbox. If it's cheap, maybe? I'm a fan but not enough to buy the RetroMania Wrestling iiRcade machine. Though it looks awesome.
