DR Horton does indeed build a quality home. We built one in Venice, FL. Unfortunately my husband was offered a job in MI 2 week b4 we closed. We rented a home in the neighborhood where we had the home built. We oversaw the entire build. Excellent, good quality builder!
I would check with the HOA and the bylaws about renting out the Mother-in-law suite. In most HOA communities the MIL suites cannot be rented out separately or used as an Airbnb.

Around 2,000 - 2,300 sq ft. This would our primary residence. Our credit score is in the mid 800s and we’d be able to put a 20% down in the house. Not sure if u know or not but Ocala has a drive in theater where a family of 4 can see 2 movies for about $24 They also have really cheap snacks as well And the movies aren’t old movies they’re movies that are still in theaters Bring cash or you’ll be charged 1.5% extra which still isn’t bad They have places to get out the car and sit and a game room and playground for kids Really nice during the warm summer months It’s about 6 miles from where u are now off 441

Hi Lien, there are many different factors that can make your taxes go up or down, but a new school close to the home could potentially increase the tax amount for nearby areas.
If that's the case why is it that my sister and her husband and busting their behind to get out of there and she said other neighbors she and her husband had to put a lot of money in those new built houses cuz they were everything was breaking don't leave that out
I’ve seen another tour of a home with mother in law suits. That realtor also mentioned renting out space but then in same video said that it wasn’t actually allowed (after asking sales rep) Maybe they’re removing door option to further discourage people from renting out those spaces? Don’t know fire codes in Florida but there has to be Fire separation between units and don’t think they had that in mind.

Too far from the airport, beach. I’m in Cali, 40 mints to LAX Airport, 15 mints to Long Beach Airport, 5 mints to all shopping centers, 20 mints to the beach. Our rooms are big. But home price right now is outrageous!
Just FYI there is a airport in Ocala and they are currently getting it approved to be a International Airport. Where this home is located it will be only 10 minutes from the Ocala Airport. Probably will be 5 + years before that is approved but could be sooner. I've lived in this area all my life and have watched it grow immensely (too fast)! We are near tons of lakes and natural springs too. The gulf of Mexico is only about 35-40 minutes from that area too!! This is a huge difference from living in California and yes WAY CHEAPER LOL. We are near everything but not as crowded as Tampa, Orlando, Daytona & Gainesville etc.... I live farther south in more of the country even farther away from the city.

I looked at this model.... and I was very disappointed in the quality of the actual homes being built ....... the model was great - but ask to see homes that are being built to see the difference in quality.
The highway is in your backyard. What is the elevation in that area. Do you need Federal flood insurance. be smart buyers buy an older home on a better lot.

Why was there no engineer hardwood flooring. Tile -carpet combo…now one flooring.. engineer flooring is great, for pets and children. with the help minty and heat you should offer solar. Great job Renzo! Do you know if DR Horton builds the Camden model in the SpaceCoast, Palm Bay Area or close to the east coast beach areas? Are there any other Next-Gen Models you would recommend?
Hi Brian! After doing some research Dr Horton has very limited communities on the east coast and the ones that are on the coast do not have any next Gen Homes. Although I did find some Del Webb homes in a 55+ community that has some next gen products! Would you like me to send the link?

But I was able to negotiate it down to $405,000. All in all I think the best deal we can get you is around 395k-400k!
